Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengevaluasi program pembinaan sekolah sepak bola (SSB) piala menpora U-12 tahun 2019. Dengan Metode penelitian evaluasi yang di kembangkan oleh Stufflebeam & Shrinkfield meliputi content input proses dan produk menggunakan design penelitian Model CIPP, dari Hasil peneltian yang diajukan menunjukan bahwa program pembinaan liga pelajar U-12 piala menpora tahun 2019. Yang di evaluasi adalah Club SSB peserta Liga U12 dari 34 Provinsi dengan Sampel berjumlah sampel 100 orang. Dengan hasil penelitian yang di dapat adalah Contents Kategori (Baik). Input Kategori Baik. Proses Pembina (Kurang) dan product Kategori (Sangat Baik). Dari Hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa (Contents) “Keberhasilan suatu pembinaan prestasi yang pembinaan olahraga termaksud dan tertuang secara jelas dalam buku pedoman pengelolaan Liga Pelajar U-12 Piala Menpora (Proses) “Penyelenggaraan Program Liga Pelajar U-12 Piala Menpora Tahun 2019 harus sesuai dengan persyaratan yang tercantum dalam buku pedoman Liga Pelajar U- 12 Piala menpora tahun 2019.” (Input) “Peraturan Pertandingan program Pada pelaksanaan kompetisi Liga Pelajar U-12 Piala Menpora Tahun 2019 panitia wajib dimainkan dengan merujuk kepada Laws of The Game yang dibuat oleh International Football Associaton Board (IFAB) dan diterbitkan oleh FIFA(Product) “sepakbola unggul yang prospek ke depan nya diharapkan mampu menjadi squad Timnas Indonesia yang siap berkompetisi di kancah Internasional” Rekomendasi ini digunakan untuk penguatan Keberlangusnan nya program yang akan dating, dan memberikan keterbaruan berupa aplikasi bisa di gunakan untuk program Program Pembinaan Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Piala Menpora U-12 Tahun selanjutnya. Aplikasi Tersebut dapat merekam data base atlet dan penyelenggaran liga U-12 untuk pendataan atlet jenjang yang berlansung menjadi pemain nasional, Terlihat dari data base yang dapat digunakan sebagai hasil evaluasi dari kekurangan yang didapatkan dari lapangan sehingga data base ini dapat digunakan selain Sepak bola SSB dan Juga Oleh semua Pemain Sepak bola Di Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the Menpora U-12 Football School (SSB) coaching program for the 2019 Menpora Cup. With the evaluation research method developed by Stufflebeam & Shrinkfield including process and product input content using the CIPP model research design, the statement item proposed shows that the coaching program U-12 student league Menpora Cup 2019. What is evaluated is Club SSB U12 League participants from 34 Provinces with a sample of 40 coaches and a sample of 60 people. The results of the research obtained are the Contents Category (Good). Input Category Good. Coaching Process (Less) and Product Category (Very Good). The results of the interviews show that (Contents) "The success of an achievement coaching which sports coaching is intended and clearly stated in the guidebook for managing the U-12 Student League Menpora Cup (Process) "The Implementation of the U-12 Student League Program Menpora Cup 2019 must be in accordance with requirements listed in the 2019 Menpora Cup U-12 Student League guidebook.” (Input) "Program Match Rules In implementing the 2019 Menpora Cup U-12 Student League competition, the committee must be played with reference to the Laws of The Game made by the International Football Association Board (IFAB) and published by FIFA (Product)" superior football that the prospects are expected to be able to become an Indonesian National Team squad ready to compete on the international stage.” -12 years later. The application can record the athlete data base and organize the U-12 league for data collection of level athletes who go on to become national players. It can be seen from the data base that can be used because of evaluating deficiencies obtained from the field so that this data base can be used in addition to SSB football and by all football players in Indonesia.
