Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan model latihan bertahan man to man pada atlet putra usia 17-20 tahun Victory futsal school Jakarta Timur. Pengambilan data dilakukan dilapangan Gor Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Subyek penelitian ini adalah atlet Victory futsal school Jakarta Timur sebanyak 15 atlet. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE. Pengumpulan data dalam analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan observasi, subjective secara visual dan wawancara, dengan hasil ini perlu adanya pengembangan model latihan bertahan man to man cabang olahraga futsal. Sedangkan, analisis data yang diperboleh terhadap rekapitulasi uji ahli mendapat hasil layak pada 15 model dari total 20 model latihan bertahan man to man cabang olahraga futsal yang peneliti buat, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan model latihan bertahan man to man cabang olahraga futsal dapat diterapkan dilapangan. Dan berdasarkan tabel kriteria kelayakan maka persentase skor perolehan ini termasuk dalam kriteria “layak”. Pada uji kelayakan yang dilakukan, dosen ahli, praktisi dan pemain menyatakan bahwa ada 15 bentuk latihan yang layak untuk di ujicobakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa buku model latihan bertahan man to man futsal. Kata Kunci: Bertahan Man to Man, Futsal, Victory Futsal School *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the development of a man to man survival training model for male athletes at Victory futsal school, East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in the Ciracas Gor field, East Jakarta. The subjects of this study were 15 athletes at the Victory futsal school in East Jakarta. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) and the development model used is ADDIE. Data collection in the needs analysis was carried out by observation, visual subjective and interviews, with these results it is necessary to develop a man to man survival training model for the futsal sport. Meanwhile, the analysis of the data that was allowed on the recapitulation of the expert test got decent results on 15 models out of a total of 20 models of man to man survival training in the futsal sport that the researchers made, so that it can be concluded that the man to man survival training model in the futsal sport can be applied in the field. And based on the eligibility criteria table, the percentage score of this acquisition is included in the "decent" criteria. In the due diligence conducted, expert lecturers, practitioners and players stated that there were 15 forms of exercise that were feasible to be tested. The results of this study are in the form of a man to man futsal survival training model book. Keyword : Defense Man to Man, Futsal, Victory Futsal School
