Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kendala Guru Dalam Menguasai E-learning Selama Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (2020-2021) di SMP Negeri 67 Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri 67 Jakarta yang berjumlah 27 guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 27 orang. Masa pandemi membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi terhambat, sekolah harus mencari cara agar kegiatan pembelajaran tetap berjalan. Pada akhirnya ditetapkanlah pembelajaran jarak jauh sebagai pengganti kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh digunakan e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran. Pergantian pola pengajaran yang cepat membuat guru mengalami beberapa kesulitan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru masih memiliki kendala dalam menguasai e-learning. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran jarak jauh dimana mereka mengalami kesulitan karena belum menguasai e-learning. Awalnya hanya 11 guru dari total 27 guru yang menguasai e-learning. Separuh dari para guru masih bingung dan tidak paham mengenai cara menggunakan e-learning. Padahal e-learning sangat dibutuhkan pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh. Semua ini dikarenakan adanya kendala yang dihadapi oleh para guru dalam menguasai e-learning sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh para guru yaitu umur yang menjadi penghalang, tidak adanya bimbingan atau pelatihan, jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, serta masih ragu akan kefektifitas e-learning. Dengan adanya kendala, tentu ada solusi untuk menghadapi kendala tersebut. Beberapa solusinya antara lain dengan mengikuti seminar, bertanya kepada rekan sesama guru, bertanya kepada anak, belajar secara mandiri, mengadakan pelatihan internal sekolah, serta pemberian kuota internet dan penggunaan wifi sekolah. Kata Kunci: Kendala Guru, E-learning, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh ABSTRACT This study uses a descriptive method that aims to determine the teacher's constraints in mastering e-learning during distance learning (2020-2021) at Public Junior High School 67 Jakarta. The population of this study were all teachers at Public Junior High School 67 Jakarta, totaling 27 teachers. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with 27 research subjects. During the pandemic, teaching and learning activities were hampered, schools had to find ways to keep learning activities going. In the end, distance learning was determined as a substitute for teaching and learning activities at school. In distance learning activities, e-learning is used as a learning medium. The rapid change of teaching patterns makes teachers experience some difficulties. The results of this study indicate that teachers still have problems in mastering e-learning. This can be seen when carrying out distance learning activities where they experience difficulties because they have not mastered e-learning. Initially only 11 teachers out of a total of 27 teachers mastered e-learning. Half of the teachers are still confused and don't understand how to use e-learning. Even though e-learning is needed during the distance learning period. All of this is due to the obstacles faced by teachers in mastering e-learning as a distance learning medium. Some of the obstacles experienced by teachers are age which is a barrier, lack of guidance or training, unstable internet network, and doubts about the effectiveness of e-learning. If there are obstacles, of course there are solutions to deal with these obstacles. Some of the solutions include attending seminars, asking fellow teachers, asking children, studying independently, conducting internal school training, as well as providing internet quota and using school wifi.
