Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Manajemen Sekolah Penggerak (Studi Deskriptif di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Gunungkidul Yogyakarta”. Penelitian ini didasarkan atas rasa ingin tahu penulis terhadap Manajemen Sekolah Penggerak. Hal tersebut di karenakan program sekolah penggerak merupakan kebijakan baru yang mengintervensi sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di satuan sekolah. Selain itu sekolah penggerak di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin telah berjalan selama tiga tahun dan menjadi generasi pertama yang mengikuti program sekolah penggerak, bahkan telah menjadi rujukan sekolah-sekolah yang baru mengikuti program sekolah penggerak. Sehingga membuat penulis beranggapan bahwa sekolah telah memiliki manajemen yang baik dalam melaksanakan sekolah penggerak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat prototype Manajemen Sekolah Penggerak. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan dukungan yaitu guru dan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) perencanaan sekolah penggerak di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin dilakukan dengan dua kegiatan utama yaitu menentukan sasaran dan merancang rencana. 2) pengorganisasian sekolah penggerak di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin dengan tiga tahapan tahapan penentuan, tahapan pengelompokan, tahapan penyusunan kegiatan. 3) pelaksanaan sekolah penggerak di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin telah sesuai dengan permendikbudristek bahkan telah melebihi dan kreatif dalam menyusun program-program sekolah penggerak untuk menciptakan profil pancasila dengan pembelajaran deferensiasi, pelajaran berbasis projek, dan digitalisasi sekolah. 4) evaluasi sekolah penggerak di SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin dengan melakukan dua kegiatan inti yaitu melakukan penilain dan perbaikan. This research is entitled "Management of School Mover (Descriptive Study at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Gunungkidul Yogyakarta). This research is based on the author's curiosity about Management of School Mover. This is because the School Mover program is a new policy that intervenes in schools to improve the quality of education in In addition, the School Mover Program at Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Middle School has been running for three years and is the first generation to take part in the School Mover program, and has even become a reference for schools that have just joined the school Mmover program. in implementing school Mover. The purpose of this study was to create a prototype of School Mover Management. The main data sources in this study were school principals and their support, namely teachers and students. The research method used was qualitative. The technique data collection using interviews, observation, documentation studies and triangulation. The results of this study are 1) the planning of school mover at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin is carried out with two main activities, namely setting goals and designing plans. 2) organizing a school mover at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin with three stages: determining, grouping, and organizing activities. 3) the implementation of school mover at Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin Middle School is in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture and has even exceeded and been creative in compiling school mover programs to create a Pancasila profile with differentiation learning, project-based lessons, and school digitalization. 4) evaluation of the school mover at SMP Muhammadiyah Al Mujahidin by carrying out two core activities, namely conducting assessments and repairs.
