Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan pekerja industri telur asin, mengetahui sumbangan pendapatan industri telur asin terhadap total pendapatan rumah tangga pekerja industri telur asin, mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga pekerja industri telur asin, dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga pekerja industri telur asin di Kelurahan Limbangan Wetan, Kecamatan Brebes, Kabupaten Brebes dengan tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga menggunakan indikator keluarga sejahtera dari BKKBN. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juli 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 63 responden yang bekerja di industri telur asin dan menggambarkan tingkat kesejahteraan keluarganya. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan diperoleh nilai persamaan Ŷ= 21,408 + 2,027X, yang berarti pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga pekerja industri telur asin. Pada koefisien regresi sederhana,diperoleh nilai 9,838 > 2,000 atau t hitung > t tabel, maka dapat dikatakan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara kedua variabel. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil bahwa pengaruh pendapatan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga pekerja industri sebesar 61,3%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendapatan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga. Dan berdasarkan penghitungan indikator BKKBN sebelum bekerja pada industri telur asin pentahapan keluarga sejahtera responden sebagai berikut: 16% keluarga pra sejahtera, 27% keluarga sejahtera I, 32% keluarga sejahtera II, 17% keluarga sejahtera III, 8% keluarga sejahtera III+. Kemudian setelah bekerja pada industri telur asin terjadi peningkatan pentahapan kesejahteraan keluarga sebagai berikut: 8% keluarga pra sejahtera, 14% keluarga sejahtera I, 37% keluarga sejahtera III, dan 14% keluarga sejahtera III+. This study aims to determine the income of salted egg industry workers, determine the contribution of salted egg industry income to the total household income of salted egg industry workers, find out the level of family welfare of salted egg industry workers, and analyze how much influence the income has on the welfare of workers' families the salted egg industry in Limbangan Wetan Village, Brebes Subdistrict, Brebes Regency with the level of family welfare using an indicator of a prosperous family from the BKKBN. This research was conducted in April-July 2019. This study uses quantitative methods and primary data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 63 respondents who work in the salted egg industry and describe the level of welfare of their families. The results of hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and obtained the equation value Ŷ= 21.408 + 2.027X, which means that income has a positive effect on the welfare level of salted egg industry workers' families. In the simple regression coefficient, obtained a value of 9,838> 2,000 or t count> t table, it can be said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or there is a significant influence between the two variables. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination the results show that the effect of income on the welfare level of industrial workers is 61.3%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between income and the level of family welfare. And based on the calculation of the BKKBN indicator before working on the salted egg industry, the phases of the respondents' welfare family are as follows: 16% of pre-prosperous families, 27% of prosperous families I, 32% of prosperous families II, 17% of prosperous families III, 8% of prosperous families III +. Then after working in the salted egg industry, there was an increase in the stages of family welfare as follows: 8% of pre-prosperous families, 14% of prosperous families I, 37% of prosperous families III, and 14% of prosperous families III +.
