Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of limited face-to-face learning policies at SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta during the transition period of the covid pandemic. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta, using a descriptive qualitative evaluative method. The data collection techniques carried out consisted of observation, documentation, and interviews. The data collection process carried out includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that from the initial conditions the implementation of the policy has been going well in accordance with the rules and requirements that must be met, then for the process of implementing this policy it still experiences several obstacles from planning, implementation and supervision, as well as for the outcomes of the results and impacts it can be seen the results of implementation has been going according to plan even though there are several obstacles, and the impact of the implementation there are positive impacts and negative impacts. However, overall, Limited Face-toFace Learning activities have provided an increase in the quality of education after the covid period. Keywords: evaluation, implementation, policy, limited face-to-face learning*****************Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dari implementasi kebijakan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta selama masa transisi pandemi covid. Penellitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 97 Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif evaluatif. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kondisi awal implementasi kebijakan telah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan aturan dan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi, kemudian untuk proses implementasi kebijakan ini masih mengalami beberapa kendala dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan, serta untuk outcomes dari hasil dan dampak dapat diketahui hasil implementasi telah berjalan sesuai perencanaan walaupun terdapat beberapa kendala, dan dampak dari pelaksanaan terdapat dampak positif dan dampak negative. Namun secara keseluruhan kegiatan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas telah memberikan peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan setelah masa covid.
