Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Self-directed Learning terhadap Academic Resilience pada Mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di mahasiswa rumpun IKK angkatan 2019, Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada bulan Desember 2022 sampai dengan Januari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 161 orang responden yang dipilih dengan cara proportionate stratified random sampling. Penyebaran kuesioner penelitian dengan menggunakan google formulir. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diketahui bahwa self-directed learning sampel paling banyak berada pada kategori sedang (75%) dan academic resilience sampel paling banyak berada pada kategori sedang (71%). Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa self-directed learning berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap academic resilience (β = 0,386, p < 0,05). Artinya self-directed learning dapat meningkatkan academic reselience pada mahasiswa. Hal yang harus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan academic resilience adalah seorang mahasiswa harus memiliki kemandirian dalam belajar agar dapat melewati segala kendala dalam proses pembelajaran. ****This study aims to analyze the effect of self-directed learning on academic resilience in students. The research was conducted with IKK students class of 2019, Jakarta State University from December 2022 to January 2023. This research used an associative quantitative method. This study involved 161 respondents who were selected by means of proportionate stratified random sampling. Dissemination of research questionnaires using Google Forms. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. Based on data processing, it is known that the most self-directed learning samples are in the medium category (75%) and the most academic resilience samples are in the medium category (71%). The results of the regression test show that self-directed learning has a significant positive effect on academic resilience (β = 0.386, p <0.05). This means that self-directed learning can increase academic resilience in students. The thing that must be done is that a student must have an awareness of interest in learning independently so that he can still overcome all obstacles in the academic process.
