Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian evaluasi program sertifikasi kompetensi Pendidik Polri di Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program sertifikasi yang meliputi analisa program, analisa sumber daya, analisa proses pelaksanaan dan analisa hasil sertifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model evaluasi program CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) Pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi tentang kebijakan program sertifikasi Pendidik Polri diolah dan disajikan secara deskriptif dengan melakukan teknik analisis Triangulasi. Adapun kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian: Evaluasi Context, LSP Polri telah melaksanakan kebijakan program sertifikasi kompetensi pendidik Polri sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada. Evaluasi input, kondisi sumber daya manusia LSP polri yang berjumlah 26 orang dinilai masih sangat kurang dan tidak sesuai dengan Analisa Beban Kerja yang diusulkan yaitu 186 orang karena saat ini LSP Polri melayani 79 skema sertifikasi. Evaluasi Process, LSP Polri telah melaksanakan asesmen secara obyektif dengan metode Praktek dan tes lisan sesuai dengan SOP Sertifikasi dan untuk mengakomodir Pendidik yang berpengalaman dan berprestasi perlu kembangkan motode lainnya seperti portofolio dan wawancara. Evaluasi Product, Sertifikasi yang dilakukan belum mencapai target seratus persen tetapi masih 99,5% namun hasil sertifikasi ini memiliki dampak positif untuk penjaminan mutu pendidikan pada Polri. Kata kunci: evaluasi program, pendidik Polri, sertifikasi kompetensi ABSTRACT The evaluation research of the Police Educator competency certification program at the Professional Certification Institute aims to evaluate the implementation of the certification program which includes program analysis, resource analysis, implementation process analysis and certification results analysis. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) program evaluation model. Data collection and data sources conducted by interview, observation and documentation on the Police Educator certification program policy are processed and presented descriptively by performing Triangulation analysis techniques. The conclusions of the research results: Context evaluation, LSP Polri has implemented the police educator competency certification program policy in accordance with existing regulations. Input evaluation, the condition of LSP Polri's human resources, totaling 26 people, is considered to be very insufficient and not in accordance with the proposed Workload Analysis of 186 people because currently LSP Polri serves 79 certification schemes. Process Evaluation, LSP Polri has carried out objective assessments using practical methods and oral tests in accordance with the Certification SOP and to accommodate experienced and outstanding Educators it is necessary to develop other methods such as portfolios and interviews. Product Evaluation, the certification has not reached the target of one hundred percent but still 99.5%, but the results of this certification have a positive impact on the quality assurance of education at the National Police.
