Andrian Juvensa. 4315152631. Analisis Karakteristik Pemilihan Moda Transportasi Wisatawan ke Kota Tua Jakarta saat Penerapan Kebijakan Kawasan Rendah Emisi (Low Emission Zone). Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2023. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik pemilihan moda transportasi wisatawan ke Kota Tua Jakarta saat penerapan Kawasan Rendah Emisi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu 100 responden dengan teknik accidental random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Karakteristik pemilihan moda transportasi wisatawan terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu karakteristik pelaku perjalanan, karakteristik perjalanan dan karakteristik sistem moda transportasi dan moda transportasinya dibagi menjadi dua berdasarkan sifat pelayanannya, yaitu kendaraan pribadi dan angkutan umum. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa karakteristik pelaku perjalanan berusia 17-25 tahun, lulusan perguruan tinggi, belum menikah, anggota keluarganya 3-4 orang sebagai anak dan bekerja sebagai karyawan dan daya beli perjalanan Rp. 10.001- Rp. 20.000. Perbedaan terletak pada jenis kelamin yaitu laki-laki dengan pendapatan >Rp. 4.000.000 oleh pengguna kendaraan pribadi dan perempuan dengan pendapatan <Rp. 2.000.000 oleh pengguna angkutan umum. Memiliki SIM dan sepeda motor dengan usia kendaraannya 5-10 tahun. Karakteristik perjalanan wisatawan dilakukan pada hari libur di waktu sore hari dengan jarak perjalanan yaitu >15 km dan kunjungan berulang (pernah) bersama teman. Karakteristik sistem moda transportasi yaitu lama perjalanan 31-60 menit, biaya >Rp. 20.000 dan pertimbangan kecepatan waktu tempuh oleh kendaraan pribadi sedangkan biaya Rp. 10.001-Rp. 15.000 dan pertimbangan biaya oleh angkutan umum. Tingkat pelayanan kedua moda sama yaitu keamanan, kenyamanan, kemudahan dan keterjangkauan harga sudah baik. Moda transportasi yang banyak dipilih wisatawan Kota Tua Jakarta adalah kendaraan pribadi yaitu sepeda motor. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Pemilihan Moda, Wisatawan This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the choice of tourist modes of transportation to the Kota Tua Jakarta when implementing the Low Emission Zone policy. The method used is descriptive method. The sample was determined using the slovin formula, namely 100 respondents with an accidental random sampling technique. The data collection technique is in the form of a google form questionnaire. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis. The characteristics of the selection of tourist modes of transportation are divided into three, namely the characteristics of the traveler, the characteristics of the journey and the characteristics of the system of transportation modes and the modes of transportation are divided into two based on the nature of the service, namely private vehicles and public transportation. The results showed that the characteristics of travelers aged 17-25 years, college graduates, single, family members 3-4 people as children and work as employees and travel purchasing power of Rp. 10,001-Rp. 20,000. The difference lies in gender, namely men with income >Rp. 4,000,000 by private vehicle users and women with income <Rp. 2,000,000 by public transport users. Have a driver's license and motorbike with a vehicle age of 5-10 years. The characteristics of tourist trips are carried out on holidays in the afternoon with travel distances of >15 km and repeated visits (ever) with friends. The characteristics of the transportation mode system are the journey time of 31-60 minutes, the cost is >Rp. 20,000 and considering the speed of travel time by private vehicles while the cost is Rp. 10,001-Rp. 15,000 and consideration of costs by public transport. The level of service for the two modes is the same, namely safety, comfort, convenience and affordability.
