Abstract
**** The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between employee self-control behavior and the purchase decision of fast fashion products. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data collected with research instruments in the form of a closed questionnaire (questionnaire). The sample for this research was taken from 100 employees working in DKI Jakarta. With the criteria of being 20-34 years old, having a salary of UMR/above UMR, and having bought fast fashion products in the form of outerwear, including at Uniqlo, Zara, H&M, Forever 21, Mango, and Topshop. This research data collection technique uses Google Form. Data analysis used the Pearson Correlation test to get the hypothesis results. The results of processing categorization data on employee self-control behavior variables show that most employees have high self-control (87%). In the purchasing decision variable categorization data shows that employees have a good purchase decision of fast fashion products (100%) with no bad category. The results of this study indicate that the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.274 > 0.05 (Ho is accepted and Hi is rejected). This means that in this study there is no relationship between employee self-control behavior and the decision to purchase fast fashion products. The level of correlation in this study is very low because the correlation coefficient is 0.110.
