Abstract

ABSTRAK Keselamatan pasien muncul sebagai perhatian global pada penyediaan pelayanan kesehatan. Sekolah profesi kesehatan, termasuk kedokteran, keperawatan, dan lainnya, menyediakan pendidikan terbatas mengenai keselamatan pasien dengan fokus pendidikan pada ilmu dasar dan pengetahuan medis. Dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan diperlukan suatu pengelolaan. Pengelolaan pendidikan atau manajemen pendidikan diperlukan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan tujuan secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model pembelajaran efektif terkait pelatihan keselamatan pasien pada peserta didik tingkat profesi, serta untuk menghasilkan bentuk pembelajaran keselamatan pasien. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Reseach and Development (R&D) dengan Successive Approximation Model (SAM). Hasil penelitian berupa E-Learning Keselamatan Pasien dalam bentuk Web ELSA-PS yang di desain untuk mengenalkan keselamatan pasien lebih dini. Manajemen Pendidikan Keselamatan Pasien (MPKP) ELSA-PS memenuhi fungsi manajemen dengan tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil uji efektivitas dengan partisipan sebanyak 153 peserta didik, dengan 4 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol merupakan kelompok peserta didik yang hanya mengikuti ceramah, dan kelompok perlakuan adalah kelompok yang mendapat ceramah dan modul, ceramah dan video dan kelompok yang mendapat ceramah, modul dan video. Pada Evaluasi Hasil belajar ditemukan delta atau selisih nilai (nilai setelah dilakukan perlakuan/post test dikurangi nilai sebelum dilakukan perlakuan/pre test) dan effect size (perbedaan terstandar antara skor dari kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen). Hasil belajar menunjukkan sebagai berikut : Pada Kelompok CMV pada Sasaran 2, 4, 6 memiliki delta yang terbesar, dengan effect size yang kecil dan sangat kecil, namun tidak ada beda secara signifikan. Kelompok Ceramah pada Sasaran 1, 3 dan 5 memiliki selisih (delta) yang terbesar, dengan effect size yang kecil dan sangat kecil, namun tidak ada beda secara signifikan. Kelompok ceramah dan video, memiliki delta yang berada di urutan kedua paling tinggi pada sasaran 1,2,5 dan 6. Hasil rekonstruksi MPKP ELSA-PS memiliki perbedaan dalam segi bahasa, penggunaan media belajar, serta sasaran pesertanya adalah peserta didik profesi kedokteran dan keperawatan. Meskipun masih dalam tahap awal dan hanya mengevaluasi tingkat kognitif, ELSA-PS sebagai MPKP dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran peserta didik klinis tingkat profesi pada Enam Sasaran Keselamatan Pasien. ELSA-PS menjadi inisiator dalam upaya Pendidikan Keselamatan Pasien pada peserta didik klinis, yang selanjutnya untuk peserta didik dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam membangun budaya Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit. Health professional schools, including medicine, nursing, and others, provide limited education on patient safety where the focus of education is on basic science and medical knowledge. Achieving educational goals required management. Education management or education management is needed in an effort to optimize goals effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to create an effective learning model related to patient safety training for students at the professional level, as well as to produce a form of patient safety learning. The research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method, Successive Approximation Model (SAM). The results of the research are Patient Safety E-Learning in the form of the ELSA-PS Web which is designed to introduce patient safety earlier. Patient Safety Education Management (MPKP) ELSA-PS fulfills management functions with the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating stages. The results of the effectiveness test with 153 participants, with 4 groups. The control group is a group of students who only attend lectures, and the treatment group is the group that receives lectures and modules, lectures and videos and the group that receives lectures, modules and videos. In the Evaluation of Learning Outcomes found delta or difference in value (the value after the treatment/post test minus the value before the treatment/pre test) and the effect size (standardized difference between the scores of the control and experimental groups). The study results showed the following: In the CMV group on targets 2, 4, 6 had the largest delta, with a small and very small effect size, but there was no significant difference. The Lecture Group on Targets 1, 3 and 5 has the largest difference (delta), with small and very small effect sizes, but there is no significant difference. The lecture and video group had delta which was in second highest on targets 1,2,5 and 6. The results of the reconstruction of MPKP ELSA-PS had differences in terms of language, use of learning media, and the target participants were students of the medical profession and nursing. Although it is still in its early stages and only evaluates the cognitive level, ELSA-PS as MPKP can improve the learning outcomes of professional level clinical students on the Six Goals of Patient Safety. ELSA-PS became the initiator in the Patient Safety Education effort for clinical students, which in turn for students can become agents of change in building a culture of Patient Safety in Hospitals.
