Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi tentang hubungan antara iklim sekolah, kepemimpinan instruksional dan kepribadian dengan integritas lingkungan pada siswa SMA Negeri 4 Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 siswa. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah multi stage random sampling. Maka berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim sekolah dengan integriritas lingkugan siswa; 2) terdapat hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan instruksional dengan integritas lingkungan siswa; 3) terdapat hubungan positif antara kepribadian dengan integritas lingkungan siswa, dan; 4) terdapat hubungan positif antara iklim sekolah, kepemimpinan instruksional dan kepribadian secara bersama sama dengan integritas lingkungan siswa. Oleh karena itu berdasarkan hasil dan temuan maka kesimpulan dalam penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan integritas lingkungan siswa harus diperhatikan beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Kata kunci: iklim sekolah, kepemimpinan instruksional, kepribadian, integritas lingkungan SUMMARY The aim of this study was to find out the relationship between school climate, instructional leadership and personality with environmental integrity toward students of senior high school 4 Kendari. This study is a quantitative research with survey method with a total sample of 99 students. The sampling technique in this study is multi-stage random sampling. So based on data analysis, the results of this study indicated that 1) there is a positive relationship between school climate and student environmental integrity; 2) there is a positive relationship between instructional leadership and the integrity of the student environment; 3) there is a positive relationship between personality and environmental integrity of students, and; 4) there is a positive relationship between school climate, instructional leadership and personality together with the integrity of the student environment. Therefore, the conclusion in the study is to improve the environmental integrity of students which considered many factors of its.
