Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif mengenai strategi mindful parenting pada dual careers family yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil survei kuesioner. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan yakni metode deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan dual careers family. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 93 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel mindful parenting yang diterapkan oleh dual careers family dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan tinggi dengan presentase 53% (49 orang). ***** Dual Careers Family yang dikategorikan tinggi dalam dimensi Being in the moment with the child sebesar 57%. Sedangkan, Dual Careers Family yang dikategorikan tinggi dalam dimensi Mindful Discipline sebesar 49%. This study is a descriptive study on mindful parenting strategies in dual careers family which aims to describe the results of a questionnaire survey. This research method used is descriptive method. Respondents in this study were dual careers families. Respondents in this study amounted to 93 people. The results obtained showed that the mindful parenting variable applied by dual careers families in this study was categorized as high with a percentage of 53% (49 people). Dual Careers Family which is categorized as high in the Being in the moment with the child dimension is 57%. Meanwhile, Dual Careers Family which is categorized as high in the Mindful Discipline dimension is 49%.
