Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen program akselerasi belajar bagi anak Cerdas Istimewa Bakat Istimewa (CIBI) di SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda. Manajemen program Cerdas Istimewa Bakat Istimewa (CIBI) terdiri atas Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan program akselerasi belajar di SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda. Program akselerasi belajar dilaksanakan pada kelas khusus dalam waktu yang lebih singkat satu tahun dari kelas reguler. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan pada perencanaan program akselerasi di SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda terdapat tahapan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah diantaranya tujuan penyelenggaraan yaitu melayani anak yang berkebutuhan khusus yaitu CIBI, pengajuan proposal izin penyelenggaraan program percepatan belajar, tes penjaringan berupa tes akademik dan tes psikologi dan tes intelejensi, hasil belajar siswa dari kelas 4 SD serta hasil deskripsi siswa dari wali kelas/ guru bidang studi serta pengumuman hasil seleksi siswa akselerasi. Pada pelaksanaan program akselerasi belajar ditemukan tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu ruang kelas khusus, kurikulum berdiferensiasi, strategi pembelajaran yang menekankan kemampuan berpikir kritis, pemberian materi yang bersifat High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dan Project based Learning (PBL), tenaga pendidik yang kompeten, waktu dan biaya yang lebih efisien, pada penilaian tidak hanya nilai ujian saja tetapi ada penilaian sistem kredit poin. Pada pengawasan program akselerasi belajar di SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda dilakukan tiga pengawasan yaitu pengawasan melekat, pengawasan fungsional dan pengawasan masyarakat. Pengawasan melekat dilakukan oleh kepala SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda, Pengawasan fungsional dilakukan oleh dinas pendidikan kabupaten Bekasi dan pengawasan masyarakat dilakukan oleh komite sekolah sebagai wakil dari wali murid. Pada pengawasan fungsional masih ada kekurangan yaitu dinas pendidikan belum memberikan pelatihan, pembinaan terkait dengan program akselerasi. This study aims to analyze how the management of the accelerated learning program for Intelligent Special Talents (CIBI) children at SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda is. The special Smart Talent Specialty Program (CIBI) management consists of planning, implementing and supervising the accelerated learning program at SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda. The accelerated learning program is carried out in special classes in one year shorter than regular classes. The approach taken is a qualitative approach with a case study method. From the results of the study, it was found that in the planning of the acceleration program at SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda there were stages carried out by the school including the purpose of the implementation, namely serving children with special needs, namely CIBI, submitting a proposal for a permit for the implementation of the accelerated learning program, screening tests in the form of academic tests and psychological tests. and intelligence tests, student learning outcomes from 4th grade elementary school as well as student description results from homeroom teachers/study field teachers as well as announcements of accelerated student selection results. In the implementation of the accelerated learning program, it was found that the implementation stages are special classrooms, differentiated curriculum, learning strategies that emphasize critical thinking skills, provision of materials that are High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) and Project based Learning (PBL), competent educators, time and resources. a more efficient cost, in the assessment not only test scores but there is a credit point assessment system. In the supervision of the accelerated learning program at SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda, three supervisions were carried out, namely inherent supervision, functional supervision and community supervision. Inherent supervision is carried out by the head of SMP Al Azhar Syifa Budi Legenda, functional supervision is carried out by the Bekasi district education office and community supervision is carried out by the school committee as a representative of the student's guardian. In functional supervision there are still shortcomings, namely the education office has not provided training, coaching related to the acceleration program.
