Abstract
Permasalahan lingkungan selalu meningkat dimana salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah manusia. Counterproductive behaviour terhadap preservasi lingkungan terjadi karena ketidaktahuan seseorang tentang pentingnya peran lingkungan bagi kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh school culture dan procedural justice terhadap counterproductive behaviour peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 21 Jakarta pada bulan Agustus - Desember 2022 dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 75 peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei yang bersifat kausal dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil nilai analisis jalur penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) school culture berpengaruh langsung terhadap procedural justice secara signifikan sebesar 0,762, (2) procedural justice berpengaruh langsung terhadap counterproductive behaviour secara signifikan sebesar 0,152, (3) school culture berpengaruh langsung terhadap counterproductive behaviour secara tidak signifikan sebesar 0,035, dan (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung school culture terhadap counterproductive behaviour melalui procedural justice. Kata Kunci: Analisis jalur, counterproductive behaviour, procedural justice, school culture. Environmental problems are always increasing where one of the contributing factors is humans. Counterproductive behavior towards environmental preservation occurs due to someone's ignorance about the important role of the environment for life. This study aims to determine the effect of school culture and procedural justice on students' counterproductive behavior. This research was conducted at SMAN 21 Jakarta in August - December 2022 with a research sample of 75 students. The research method used is a causal survey method and is analyzed using path analysis. The results of the path analysis value of this research show that (1) school culture has a direct effect on procedural justice significantly by 0.762, (2) procedural justice has a direct effect on counterproductive behavior significantly by 0.152, (3) school culture has a direct effect on counterproductive behavior indirectly significant at 0.035, and (4) there is no indirect effect of school culture on counterproductive behavior through procedural justice.
