Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen produksi pada industri busana yang mencakup perencanaan produksi, pengorganisasian produksi, pengendalian dan pengawasan produksi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan diagram fishbone dan rumusan 5W+1H. Objek penelitian ini adalah keterlambatan produksi, dan sumber informasi tiga ahli dari perusahaan sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan wawancara, didapatkan bahwa keterlambatan produksi disebabkan oleh (Man) tenaga kerja tidak bertahan lama bekerja. (Material) tidak mengadakan bahan baku sendiri. (Metode) menerapkan sistem CMT sehingga proses Quality Control tidak terkontrol. (Manajemen) sistem jasa jahit saja. (Money) sistem upah borongan, tidak berdasarkan standar UMR. ***** This study aims to determine production management in the fashion industry which includes production planning, production organization, production control and supervision. Data collection was carried out using a descriptive qualitative research methodology using a fishbone diagram and the 5W+1H formula. The object of this research is production delays, and information sources from three experts from the company as research subjects. The results of this study based on interviews, it was found that production delays were caused by (Man) the workforce did not last long at work. (Material) does not procure its own raw materials. (Method) implements the CMT system so that the QC process is not controlled. (Management) sewing service system only. (Money) piece rate system, not based on the UMR standard.
