Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh antara kemandirian belajar dengan kesiapan praktik kerja lapangan mahasiswa. Terdapat dua variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu kemandirian belajar sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kesiapan praktik kerja lapangan sebagai variabel terika (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode ex post facto dengan populasi penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sapling dengan total sampel sebanyak 119 mahasiswa yang diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotsesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 40,856 + 0,595X dan perolehan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,479 atau 47,9%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil thitung (10,361) > ttabel (1,198045) dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh siginifikan sebesar 47,9% terhadap kesiapan praktik kerja lapangan mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to determine whether there is or is not an influence between learning independence and the readiness of students' field work practices. There are two variables in this study, namely learning independence as the independent variable (X) and readiness for field work practice as the dependent variable (Y). This study used a quantitative approach and ex post facto method with the study population, namely Education Management students, Jakarta State University. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 119 students obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis which produces a regression equation Ŷ = 40.856 + 0.595X and a coefficient of determination of 0.479 or 47.9%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained are tcount (10.361) > ttable (1.198045) and the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So, it can be stated that the learning independence variable has a significant influence of 47.9% on the readiness of field work practice of Education Management students at Jakarta State University.
