Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Labschool Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk manajemen pada implementasi Kurikulum Paradigma Baru di SMA Labschool Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022 hingga Januari 2023 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 5 (lima) orang yaitu, (1) Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Akademik, (2) Guru Mata Pelajaran - Kimia, (3) Guru Mata Pelajaran - Matematika, (4) Guru Mata Pelajaran - Sejarah, dan (5) Siswa SMA Labschool Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Perencanaan kurikulum paradigma baru di SMA Labschool Jakarta dilakukan baik sesuai dengan SK Menteri Nomor 162/M/2021, (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum paradigma baru di SMA Labschool Jakarta dilaksanakan dengan alur pembelajaran yang terstruktur dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajar siswa. (3) Pengendalian kurikulum paradigma baru di SMA Labschool Jakarta dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pemantauan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan juga asesmen. This research was conducted at SMA Labschool Jakarta, which aims to find out the form of management in the implementation of the New Paradigm Curriculum at SMA Labschool Jakarta. This research was conducted from March 2022 to January 2023 and is a qualitative descriptive study. There were 5 (five) research subjects which are, (1) Deputy Principal for Academic Affairs, (2) Subject Teachers - Chemistry, (3) Subject Teachers - Mathematics, (4) Subject Teachers - History, and (5) Labschool Jakarta High School students. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that, (1) The planning of the new paradigm curriculum at Labschool Jakarta High School is carried out in accordance with the Ministerial Decree Number 162/M/2021, (2) The implementation of the new paradigm curriculum at SMA Labschool Jakarta is carried out with a structured learning flow and in accordance with student learning needs. (3) Control of the new paradigm curriculum at SMA Labschool Jakarta is carried out by monitoring teaching and learning activities as well as assessments.
