Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator, dan motivator dalam pengembangaan profesionalisme guru di SD Cahaya Sakti Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan profesionalisme guru, sebagai educator kepala sekolah memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan. Sebagai manager, kepala sekolah, memberi kesempatan para guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan memfasilitasinya.Sebagai administrator, kepala sekolah merancang program pembelajaran. Sebagai supervisor, melakukan pembinaan kedisiplinan, mengadakan rapat untuk membahas permasalahan pembelajaran. Sebagai leader, mengajak guru refreshing, menciptakan suasana keterbukaan, memfasilitasi kebutuhan mengajar guru. Sebagai inovator, sharing ilmu dan metode pembelajaran terbaru, mengembangkan model pembelajaran inovatif. Sebagai motivator, prinsip kekeluargaan, pemberian semangat verbal. (2) Profesionalisme guru dilihat dari kompetensi pedagogik, guru merencanakan, menerapkan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Kompetensi kepribadian, kepribadian yang mantap, berakhlak mulia, setabil, dewasa danreligious.Kompetensi sosial, hubungan yang baik, komunikasi yang baik, dan menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dengan rekan guru, peserta didik dan orangtua siswa. Kompetensi profesional, mempersiapkan materi yang akan diajarkan yang di lihat dari berbagai sumber belajar. (3) Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru adalah sebagai educator, manajer, supervisor, leader, inovator dan motivator. This study aims to determine the leadership role of school principals as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators in developing teacher professionalism at SD Cahaya Sakti, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the leadership role of the school principal in developing teacher professionalism, as an educator the principal provides training and guidance. As a manager, the principal provides opportunities for teachers to improve competence and facilitates it. As an administrator, the principal designs learning programs. As a supervisor, conducts disciplinary coaching, holds meetings to discuss learning problems. As a leader, invite teachers to refresh, create an atmosphere of openness, facilitate teachers' teaching needs. As an innovator, sharing knowledge and the latest learning methods, developing innovative learning models. As a motivator, the principle of kinship, verbal encouragement. (2) Teacher professionalism seen from pedagogic competence, teachers plan, implement and evaluate learning. Personal competence, steady personality, noble character, stable, mature and religious. Social competence, good relationships, good communication, and creating a pleasant atmosphere with fellow teachers, students and parents. Professional competence, preparing material to be taught which is seen from various learning sources. 3) The principal's leadership role which is more dominant in increasing teacher commitment is as educator, manager, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator
