Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Cricket Kota Depok belum pernah dilakukan penelitian tentang motivasi berprestasi dalam mengikuti event Porda Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan, diantaranya adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi berprestasi dalam mengikuti event Porda Jawa Barat pada atlet tim kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan deskriptif menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet tim kota depok berjumlah 26 atlet. Menentukan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 26 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk variabel motivasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji reabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atlet cricket kota depok dalam mengikuti event porda Jawa Barat 2022 memperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan motivasi intrinsik lebih besar dibandingkan motivasi ekstrinsik yaitu masing-masing sebesar 42,30% dan 23,08%. Maka presentase motivasi adalah 65,38%. Kata kunci : motivasi berpretasi, cricket *ABSTRACT* Cricket City of Depok has never conducted research on achievement motivation in participating in the West Java Porda event. This study aims, among other things, to find out the achievement motivation in participating in the West Java Porda event on the Depok city team athletes. This research is a descriptive research using a survey method. The population in this study were the athletes from the Depok city team, totaling 26 athletes. Determining the sample using total sampling technique with a total sample of 26 athletes. The instrument used in this study uses a questionnaire for motivational variables. The data analysis technique uses the reliability test. The results showed that cricket athletes from the city of Depok participating in the 2022 West Java Porda event obtained results showing that intrinsic motivation was greater than extrinsic motivation, namely 42.30% and 23.08% respectively. Then the percentage of motivation is 65.38%. Keywords: achievement motivation, cricket
