Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan proses yang dilakukan dalam rangka untuk melihat hasil dalam pelaksanaan sebuah program pembelajaran berdasarkan kriteria dan pertimbangan tertentu. Evaluasi pembelajaran mencakup kegiatan pengukuran dan penilaian yang terdiri dari tiga tahap proses yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengolahan hasil. Proses atau tahapan tersebut harus berjalan dengan prinsip�prinsip umum untuk memperoleh hasil evaluasi yang lebih baik. Dalam hal ini evaluasi pembelajaran diperlukan dalam melihat hasil dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka. Program pendidikan kesetaraan merupakan satuan pendidikan non formal yang menjalankan fungsinya sebagai layanan pendidikan bagi masyarakat yang tidak menempuh jalur pendidikan formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat atau mengevaluasi sejauh mana pembelajaran daring pada program pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Dalam penelitan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi CIPP yang meliputi evaluasi context, input, process, product. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket atau kuesioner serta didukung dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) evaluasi context (konteks) program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C meliputi kebutuhan peserta didik, kesesuaian program pembelajaran yang disiapkan sudah cukup dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran 2) evaluasi input (masukkan) program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C masih perlu adanya penyesuaian kompetensi pendidik terhadap bidang mata pelajaran yang diajarkannya 3) evaluasi process (proses) program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C meliputi daftar presensi, materi yang diberikan, metode dan model pembelajaran yang sudah tepat, media belajar yang sudah mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran 4) evaluasi product (hasil) program pendidikan kesetaraan paket C lulusan peserta didik dibekali keterampilan yang dapat menunjang tahap selanjutnya seperti untuk bekerja atau melanjutkan kuliah. **** Evaluation of learning is a process carried out in order to see the results in implementing a learning program based on certain criteria and considerations. Evaluation of learning includes measurement and assessment activities which consist of three stages of the process, namely planning, implementation, and processing of results. These processes or stages must work according to general principles to obtain better evaluation results. In this case learning evaluation is needed to see the results of implementing online learning in the package C equivalence education program at PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka. The equality education program is a non-formal education unit that carries out its function as an educational service for people who do not take formal education. This study aims to see or evaluate the extent to which online learning in the equality education program at PKBM Negeri 33 Malaka has been successfully implemented. In this research using descriptive quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 56 people. Sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The evaluation model used is the CIPP evaluation which includes evaluation of context, input, process, product. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire or questionnaire and supported by interviews, observation, and documentation.The research results obtained in this study were 1) evaluation of the context (context) of the package C equivalency education program covering the needs of students, the suitability of the prepared learning program was sufficient to support the learning process 2) input evaluation (input) of the package C equivalency education program still needed there is an adjustment of the competence of educators to the subject areas they teach 3) evaluation of the process (process) of the package C equivalence education program including attendance lists, materials provided, learning methods and models that are appropriate, learning media that have supported the learning process 4) product evaluation (results) package C equivalency education program graduates are equipped with skills that can support the next stage such as working or continuing to college.
