Abstract

Seiring dengan perubahan dunia kerja yang terdampak dari adanya Covid-19, setiap perusahaan perlu meminimalisir risiko yang dapat muncul dari adanya perubahan tersebut. Hadirnya burnout syndrome dapat menjadi sebuah risiko yang mengancam kualitas hidup perusahaan dan produktivitas dari karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis burnout pada karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan work family conflict. Penelitian ini tergolong tipe penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus (sampel jenuh). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui teknik analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple linear regression). Berdasarkan perolehan data dapat disimpulkan beban kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Stres kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Work family conflict (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Secara simultan beban kerja (X1), stres kerja (X2), dan work family conflict (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Work Family Conflict, Burnout *** Along with the changes in the world of work that are affected by the existence of Covid-19, every company needs to minimize the risks that can arise from these changes. The presence of burnout syndrome can be a risk that threatens the quality of life of the company and the productivity of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze burnout in employees affected by workload, work stress, and work family conflict. This research is classified as an associative type of research with quantitative research approaches. The research method used the census method (saturated sampling). The sample used was 60 respondents. The data collection process uses a questionnaire which is then analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that workload (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on burnout (Y) in employees. Work stress (X2) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employees. Work family conflict (X3) has a positive and significant effect on burnout (Y) in employees.
