Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Labscool Rawamangun Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembelajaran program pendidikan karakter dalam meningkatkan kepemimpinan peserta didik di SMP Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta. Dengan sub fokus pada penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022 hingga Januari 2023 dan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualittatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Akademik, Guru Bimbingan Konseling dan Peserta Didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan pada saat rapat kerja awal tahun ajaran baru, dalam rapat kerja ini program pendidikan karakter dalam meningkatkan kepemimpinan disusun yang meliputi tujuan, konsep, anggaran dan struktur organisasi program. (2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran dilakukan berdasarkan Surat Tugas dari Kepala Sekolah. (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengikuti perencanaan yang telah dibuat dan terdiri dari kegiatan awal atau pembukaan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir atau penutup. (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran pendidikan karakter dilakukan setelah program selesai dilaksanakan dengan melakukan diskusi berdasarkan catatan kejadian berdasarkan segmennya masing-masing serta dicarikan solusinya jika terdapat kekurangan yang terjadi. This research was conducted at Labscool Rawamangun Middle School Jakarta, which aims to determine the learning management of character education programs in improving student leadership at Labschool Rawamangun Jakarta Middle School. The sub focus of this research is planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning. This research was conducted from March 2022 to January 2023 and is a qualitative descriptive study. Determining the subject of this study using a purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study included: Deputy Head of School for Student Affairs, Head of School, Deputy Head of School for Academic Affairs, Counseling Teachers and Students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Learning planning is carried out at a work meeting at the beginning of the new school year, in this work meeting a character education program in improving leadership is prepared which includes objectives, concepts, budgets and program organizational structures. (2) The organization of learning is carried out based on an Assignment Letter from the Principal. (3) Implementation of learning is carried out by following the plan that has been made and consists of initial or opening activities, core activities, and final or closing activities. (4) Evaluation of the learning of the character education is carried out after the program has been completed by conducting discussions based on incident records based on each segment and looking for solutions if there are deficiencies that occur.
