Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parasocial relationship terhadap intensi membeli produk Click Natural Whitening Toothpaste pada penggemar NCT 127. Penelitian ini berjumlah 220 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen Intensi Membeli dan instrumen PSR Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,000 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh parasocial relationship terhadap intensi membeli produk Click Natural Whitening Toothpaste pada penggemar NCT 127 dengan parasocial relationship memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensi membeli sebesar 19.5%. This study aims to determine the effect of parasocial relationship on the purchase intention of Click Natural Whitening Toothpaste products in NCT 127’s fans. In this study, there were 220 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Measuring tools used in this study are the Purchase Intention instrument and the PSR Scale instrument. The results of this study show the value of Sig. 0,000, which means that there is a parasocial relationship effect on purchase intention Click Natural Whitening Toothpaste products in NCT 127’s fans with a parasocial relationship that has an effect on purchase intention of 19.5%.
