Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bentuk-bentuk partisipasi remaja terhadap program maghrib mengaji di RPTRA Hj Oyar RW 02, Kel. Pegangsaan Dua, Kec. Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, sebab RPTRA Hj Oyar dibangun sebagai taman multifungsi di wilayah padat penduduk. Masyarakat disekitar RPTRA Hj Oyar khususnya untuk remaja usia 12-17 Tahun banyak yang memiliki kegiatan yang ada di RPTRA. Remaja sangat aktif diberbagai kegiatan yang diadakan RPTRA Hj Oyar khususnya di Program Maghrib Mengaji. Hal ini cukup menarik untuk di teliti, sebab bagaimana bentuk-bentuk partisipasi remaja terhadap program maghrib mengaji sehingga dengan keberadaan program tersebut sangat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar. Bentuk partisipasi remaja berupa tahapan-tahapan yaitu tahap perencanan, pelaksanaan hingga tahap penilaian. Adapun bentuk partisipasi remaja lainnya yaitu seperti partisipasi buah pikiran, partisipasi tenaga, partisipasi harta benda, partisipasi keterampilan atau kemampuan, dan partisipasi sosial. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi kepada remaja yang berjumlah lima dan pengelola yang berjumlah tiga. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Masyarakat sekitar RPTRA Hj Oyar terlihat memiliki tingkat partisipasi yang sangat tinggi dilihat dari mereka ikut serta dalam program maghrib mengaji yang selalu rutin mereka ikuti. Tak hanya itu pengelola juga selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk masyarakat dan memberikan program-program yang positif untuk masyarakat sekitar sehingga masyarakat merasakan dampaknya dari suatu program yang diselenggarakan oleh RPTRA. The purpose of this study was to examine the forms of youth participation in the maghrib recitation program at RPTRA Hj Oyar RW 02, Kel. Pegangsaan Dua, Kec. Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, because the Hj Oyar RPTRA was built as a multifunctional park in a densely populated area. Communities in Hj Oyar RPTRA, especially for teenagers aged 12-17 years, have many activities at the RPTRA. Teenagers, there are very active in various activities held by RPTRA Hj Oyar, especially in the Maghrib Recitation Program. This is quite interesting to examine because how are the forms of community participation in the maghrib recitation program so that the existence of this program meets the needs of the surrounding community. The form of youth participation is in the form of stages, namely the planning stage, implementation to the assessment stage. The other forms of youth participation are thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skill or ability participation, and social participation. In this study, the method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and also documentation of five communities and three managers. The results of this study are that the community around RPTRA Hj Oyar seems to have a very high level of participation seen from their participation in the maghrib recitation program which they always follow regularly. Not only that, but the manager also always provides the best service for the community and provides positive programs for the surrounding community so that the community feels the impact of a program organized by RPTRA.
