Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parent attachment dan peer attachment terhadap regulasi emosi remaja di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan skala Psikologi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah total sampel sebanyak 205 responden remaja di Jabodetabek yang berusia 13-16 tahun. Variabel parent attachment dan peer attachment pada penelitian ini diukur melalui alat ukur Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment, variabel regulasi emosi diukur melalui alat ukur Emotion Regulation Questionnare. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Multiple Regression Analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0 yang menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0.19 < α = 0.05 dimana terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara parent attachment dan peer attachment terhadap regulasi emosi. serta nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 5.618 yang berarti pengaruhnya bersifat positif. This research was conducted to determine the effect of parent attachment and peer attachment on the emotional regulation of adolescents in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative method with a psychological scale. The technique used in the sampling of this study was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a total sample of 205 young respondents in Jabodetabek aged 13-16 years. Parent attachment and peer attachment variables in this study were measured through the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment, emotion regulation variables were measured through the Emotion Regulation Questionnare. Testing the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 26.0 which produces a value of 0.19 <α = 0.05 where there is a significant influence between parent attachment and peer attachment on emotion regulation. as well as the regression coefficient value of 5.618 which means the effect is positive.
