Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru sekolah menengah kejuruan di Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah menengah kejuruan di Bekasi yang memiliki masa kerja lebih dari 2 tahun. Total sampel yang digunakan adalah 202 responden. Dalam mengelolah dan menganalisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, (1) Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosioanal terhadap kinerja guru, (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja, (7) Tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosioanal terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Guru *** The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of vocational high school teachers in Bekasi. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were vocational high school teachers in Bekasi who had worked for more than 2 years. The total sample used was 202 respondents. In managing and analyzing data using SPSS and AMOS Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate, (1) There is no positive and significant influence between motivation on teacher performance, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between motivation on job satisfaction, (3) There is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, ( 4) There is no positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on teacher performance, (5) There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on teacher performance, (6) There is a positive and significant influence between motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction, (7) There is no positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on teacher performance through job satisfaction.
