Abstract
The quality of the competence of educators is very important, strategic and decisive for Polri educational institutions. The National Police Institution in particular does not print its personnel to become educators, but it turns out that the existence of educators is very necessary with the existence of an official school owned by the National Police. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the direct influence of Transformational Leadership, Strengthening Intelligence and Competence on the Performance of POLRI Educators.This study uses a quantitative survey method approach. The research data sample was 305 Polri educators who were taken by proportional random sampling technique. The results of hypothesis testing with path analysis techniques resulted in a direct influence of Transformational Leadership, Strengthening Intelligence, and Competence on the Performance of Police Educators. From the findings it can be recommended to make efforts to improve the performance of educators in the National Police Education and Training Education unit by the relevant parties. Efforts to improve the performance of educators at the Police Education and Training Center, including a payroll system and payroll timeliness, clear job promotions, rewards for experience and expertise as well as promotions that are properly designed, the ability of leaders as supervisors in providing technical assistance and behavioral support Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Strengthening Intelligence, Competence, the performance of educators at the national police education and training center*************Kualitas kompetensi Tenaga pendidik menjadi sangat utama, strategis dan menentukan bagi lembaga pendidikan Polri. Institusi Polri secara khusus memang tidak mencetak personelnya menjadi seorang tenaga pendidik, namun ternyata keberadaan tenaga pendidik sangatlah diperlukan dengan adanya sekolah kedinasan yang di miliki oleh Polri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami secara komprehensif Pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kecerdasan Daya Juang dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Polri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei. Sampel data penelitian berjumlah 305 tenaga pendidik Polri yang diambil dengan Teknik proposional random sampling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan Teknik analisis jalur menghasilkan adanya pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kecerdasan Daya Juang, dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Polri. Dari hasil temuan dapat direkomendasikan untuk Perlu diupayakan usahausaha guna meningkatkan Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik di satuan Pendidikan Lemdiklat Polri oleh pihak-pihak yang terkait. Usaha peningkatan Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik di lemdiklat Polri, diantaranya sistem penggajian dan ketepatan waktu penggajian, promosi pekerjaan yang jelas, adanya penghargaan atas pengalaman dan keahlian serta promosi yang dirancang dengan benar, kemampuan pemimpin sebagai pengawas dalam memberikan bantuan teknis dan dukungan perilaku.
