Abstract

Penelitian Ini secara garis besar memilki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui implementasi prinsip-prinsip andragogi yang dilaksanakan pada Program Holistik Pembinaan Dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) di Desa Cibadak, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu warga belajar yang mengikuti program PHP2D, pamong belajar, dan mahasiswa Pendidikan Masyarakat Angkatan 2019 sebagai pelaksana. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RT.03/RW.01, Desa Cibadak Kecamatan Sukamakmur, Bogor. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa implementasi prinsip-prinsip andragogi dalam proses pembelajaran pada Program PHP2D Kelompok Belajar di Desa dapat dikatakan tidak memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi warga belajar. Selain itu, faktor pendukung implementasi prinsip-prinsip andragogi dalam proses pembelajaran banyak dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikologis warga belajar yakni semangat warga belajar. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya dalam proses pembelajaran kelompok belajar pada program PHP2D dapat dikatakan tidak terlalu menghambat proses pembelajaran. *** The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the principles of andragogy implemented in the holistic Village Development and Empowerment Program (PHP2D) in Cibadak Village, Bogor regency. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method. The Data of this study were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were learning residents who participated in the PHP2D program, pamong belajar, and Community Education students class of 2019 as implementers. Location of research conducted in this study was conducted in RT.03 / RW.01, Cibadak Village Sukamakmur District, Bogor. The results of the study explained that the implementation of the principles of andragogy in the learning process in the PHP2D Study Group Program in the village can be said to have not met the personal needs of the learning community. In addition, the factors supporting the implementation of andragogy principles in the learning process are influenced by the psychological condition of the learning community, namely the spirit of the learning community. While the inhibitory factor in the learning process of learning groups in the PHP2D program can be said not to hinder the learning process.
