Abstract

Bagian pembahasan merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam proses penulisan artikel penelitian (RA). Penulis penelitian merasa kesulitan untuk menulis dan menghasilkan diskusi yang terstruktur dengan baik untuk temuan mereka. Alasannya bisa jadi karena ketidaksadaran komponen utama (gerakan retoris) yang membentuk bagian ini. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ulasan tentang studi yang telah dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagian pembahasan RAs di jurnal TEFLIN. Juga, ulasan ini berusaha untuk memeriksa bagian diskusi RA di seluruh jenis proses. Tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa struktur retorika bagian diskusi RA memiliki jenis gerakan yang berbeda. Gerakan baru seperti Implikasi Penelitian dan Keterbatasan Penelitian mulai menjadi bagian dari pembahasan RA. Selain itu, terungkap bahwa perbedaan penulisan bagian diskusi dapat bervariasi secara luas antar topik di jurnal TEFLIN. Kesimpulannya, makalah ini menawarkan beberapa saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut yang akan dilakukan di daerah tersebut. Secara keseluruhan, representasi aktor dan tujuan dalam proses materi diskusi masih membutuhkan sumber daya leksikal yang mendasari proses pembangunan pengetahuan. Kata kunci: abstrak, SFL, dan move structure The discussion section forms an integral part in the writing process of a research article (RA). Research authors find it difficult to write and produce a well-structured discussion for their findings. The reason could be due to the unawareness of the main components (rhetorical moves) that shape this section. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a review of the studies that have been done to analyse the discussion section of RAs in TEFLIN journal. Also, this review seeks to examine the discussion section of RAs across the process types. The review showed that the rhetorical structure of RAs discussion section has different types of moves. New moves such as Research Implications and Research Limitations started to be parts of the discussion section of RAs. In addition, it was revealed that differences in writing the discussion section can be varied broadly across topics in TEFLIN journal. In conclusion, this paper offered several suggestions for further research to be conducted in the area. Overall, the representation of actors and goals in the material processes of discussion still needs lexical resources that underpin the process of knowledge building.
