Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan learning management system pada Penyiapan Pelatih Ahli Program Sekolah Penggerak di Kemendikbud Ristek. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Sub Koor Pelatihan dan Implementasi Program Sekolah Penggerak; Sub Koor Data, Seleksi, dan Evaluasi Program Sekolah Penggerak; PIC Bimbingan Teknis LMS Angkatan 2 Program Sekolah Penggerak; Tim Pengembang LMS Program Sekolah Penggerak; Narasumber Pelatih Ahli Program Sekolah Penggerak; dan dua Peserta Pelatih Ahli Program Sekolah Penggerak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan LMS dilakukan oleh tim pengembang LMS berdasarkan struktur program yang berfokus pada pedoman Kepdirjen GTK (Keputusan Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan). Proses perencanaan dilakukan dengan membuat tim, kemudian tim pengembang LMS mengembangkan model aktivitas dan fitur LMS. Aktivitas tersebut yaitu synchronous dan asynchronous yang akan digunakan oleh peserta pelatih ahli dalam kegiatan pembelajarannya; (2) Pelaksanaan LMS diawali dengan penyamaan persepsi yang diikuti oleh peserta maupun narasumber dilanjutkan dengan melakukan simulasi penggunaan LMS, dan bimbingan teknis. Setelah peserta pelatih ahli mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, maka peserta difokuskan untuk mendampingi sekolah. This study aims to describe the use of a learning management system in the Preparation of Expert Trainers for the Mover School Program at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The sub-focus of this research is planning and implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants in this study include: Sub-Coordinator of Training and Implementation of the Mover School Program; Sub-Coordinator of Data, Selection, and Evaluation of the Mover School Program; PIC LMS Technical Guidance Batch 2 of the Mover School Program; LMS Development Team of the Mover School Program; Source Person of the Mover School Program; and two Expert Trainer Participants of the Mover School Program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) LMS planning is carried out by the LMS development team based on a program structure that focuses on the guidelines of the Directorate General of GTK (Decree of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel). The planning process is carried out by creating a team, then the LMS development team develops activity models and LMS features. These activities are synchronous and asynchronous, which will be used by expert trainer participants in their learning activities; (2) Implementation of LMS begins with equalization of perceptions followed by participants and resource persons followed by conducting simulations of using LMS and technical guidance. After the expert trainer participants in the entire series of activities, the participants focused on assisting the school.
