Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang muncul pada perilaku hidup sehat, peralatan pembelajaran penjas, dan berat badan terhadap kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah menengah pertama pasca covid. Penelitian ini direncang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosisatif, dengan Teknik tes dan non tes kemudian teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur atau path analysis. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa sekolah menengah pertama berjumlah 94 orang siswa, dengan pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan metode volunteer sampling yakni sampel berdasarkan izin kepala sekolah dan orang tua dengan kerelaan siswa untuk berpartissivasi dalam penelitian. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan perilaku hidup sehat terhadap kebugaran jasmani sebesar 16,81% (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan peralatan pembelajaran penjas terhadap kebugaran jasmani sebesar 19,18 % (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan berat badan terhadap kebugaran jasmani sebesar 3,68 % (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan perilaku hidup sehat terhadap berat badan sebesar 12,04% (5) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan peralatan pembelajaran penjas terhadap berat badan sebesar 10,75 % (6) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan perilaku hidup sehat melalui berat badan terhadap kebugaran jasmani sebesar 1,9229 dengan penghitungan sobel test statistic dan (7) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan peralatan pembelajaran penjas melalui berat badan terhadap kinerja wasit sebesar 2,0047 dengan penghitungan sobel test statistic. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence that appeared on healthy living behavior, physical education equipment, and body weight on the physical fitness of post-covid junior high school students. This study was designed using associative quantitative research methods, with test and nontest techniques and then analysis techniques using a path analysis approach or path analysis. The population in the study was junior high school students totaling 94 students, with the sample selection using the volunteer sampling method, namely the sample based on the permission of the principal and parents with the willingness of the students to participate in the research. Stages in this research. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that (1) There is a significant effect of healthy living behavior on physical fitness of 16,81% (2) There is a significant effect of physical learning equipment on physical fitness of 19,18 % (3) There is a significant effect of body weight on physical fitness of 3,68 % (4) There is a significant effect of healthy living behavior on body weight of 12,04% (5) There is a significant effect of physical learning equipment on body weight of 3,65% (6) There is a significant effect of healthy living behavior through body weight on physical fitness of 1.9229 by calculating the sobel test statistic and (7) There is a significant effect of physical learning equipment through body weight on the performance of the referee by 2.0047 by calculating the sobel test statistic.
