Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dengan melakukan penerapan sistem Blended Learning dan Google Classroom di Program Studi Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMKN 14 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan dengan 2 siklus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 35 siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan pada jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran Dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) dan objek penelitian berlangsung pada saat penelitian. Teknik Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan hasil tes yang diambil pada setiap akhir pertemuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengacu pada persentase sebagai mengukur tingkat motivasi dan melalui evaluasi setiap pertemuan untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini pada siklus I didapatkan rata-rata motivasi belajar 69% dan hasil belajar dengan rata-rata kelas 80,8. Tentunya keadaaan pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan dari pra tindakan dengan persentase 29% untuk motivasi belajar dan 7,8 poin untuk rata-rata kelas hasil belajar. Pada siklus ke- II mengalami peningkatan 28% dari siklus sebelumnya dengan rata-rata persentase motivasi belajar 97% dan untuk hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan 4,8 poin untuk ratarata kelas yaitu sebesar 85. *** This study aims to determine the increase in learning motivation and student learning outcomes by implementing the Blended Learning and Google Classroom system in the Office Management and Business Services Study Program of SMKN 14 Jakarta. The method used in this study was Class Action Research which was carried out with 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were 35 students in archival subjects in the Department of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) and the object of research was carried out at the time of the research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets and hsil tests taken at the end of each meeting. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative by referring to pada percentage as measuring the level of motivation and through evaluation of each meeting to measure learning outcomes. The results of this study on siklu sI were obtained an average of 69% learning motivation and learning outcomes with a grade average of 80.8. Of course, the situation in the first cycle experienced an increase from pre-action with a percentage of 29% for learning motivation and 7.8 points for the average class of learning outcomes. The second cycle experienced a 28% increase from the previous cycle with an average learning motivation percentage of 97% and for learning outcomes there was an increase of 4.8 points for the grade average of 85
