Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pembelajaran seni musik dengan media pianika terhadap siswa tunarungu di SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur Jakarta Barat. Objek penelitian adalah pembelajaran seni musik dengan media pianika di SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur. Subjek penelitian adalah pendidik dan peserta didik SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan narasumber dan pakar, serta sumber yang tertulis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membuat catatan dari hasil lapangan yang sudah dilakukan, membuat transkrip wawancara. Triangulasi dilakukan dengan memeriksa kembali hasil analisis data dari pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian, melalui pembelajaran seni musik dengan media pianika siswa tunarungu di SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur menunjukkan telah berhasil memainkan satu lagu “Ambilkan Bulan Bu” dengan menggunakan Metode Maternal Reflektif (MMR) dan Metode Demonstrasi. Metode Maternal Reflektif dan Metode Demonstrasi memiliki artian serta tujuan yang berbeda dalam mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran seni musik dengan media pianika, yakni metode Maternal Reflektif mengedepankan komunikasi dengan bercakap-cakap seperti bahasa ibu kepada anaknya dan tujuannya untuk anak sampai memahami apa yang dimaksud dalam percakapakan tersebut, sedangkan metode Demonstrasi merupakan sebuah upaya tiruan, memperagakan melalui pemberian contoh terlebih dahulu tujuannya untuk mempermudah anak dalam pembelajaran dan meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu anak. Sikap siswa sangat antusis terhadap pembelajaran ini, dan memberikan pengaruh positif baik dalam melatih kemampuan pendengaran pada siswa, dan mengolah rasa siswa. SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur menggunakan metode Maternal Reflektif dalam berkomunikasi terhadap sesama maupun kepada pendidik, dan peserta didik SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur hampir seluruh siswa menggunakan alat bantu mendengar. **** Learning the Art of Music with Pianika Media for Deaf Students for IV Class at SDLB Pangudi Luhur, West Jakarta. The purpose of this research was to find out the learning of music using piano media for deaf students at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur, West Jakarta. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The location of the research was at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur, West Jakarta. The object of research is learning the art of music with piano media at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur. The research subjects were teachers and students of SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur. Data collection through observation, interviews with sources and experts, as well as written sources. Data analysis was carried out by making notes from the field results that had been carried out, making interview transcripts. Triangulation is done by re-examining the results of data analysis from data collection in the form of observations, interviews. The results of the study, through learning the art of music with piano media, deaf students at SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur showed that they had succeeded in playing a song "Ambikan Bulan Bu" using the Maternal Reflective Method (MMR) and the Demonstration Method. The Maternal Reflective Method and the Demonstration Method have different meanings and goals in achieving success in learning the art of music with piano media, namely the Maternal Reflective method prioritizes communication by conversing like mother tongue to their children and the aim is for the child to understand what is meant in the conversation, while the Demonstration method is an artificial effort, demonstrating through giving examples in advance the aim is to make it easier for children to learn and increase children's curiosity. The attitude of students is very enthusiastic about this learning, and has a positive influence both in training students' hearing abilities, and processing students' feelings. SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur uses the Maternal Reflective method in communicating with others and with educators, and the students of SDLB/B Pangudi Luhur almost all students use hearing aids.
