Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara mental toughness dan competition anxiety pada atlet esports Dewa United Esports. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi siswa para atlet esports yang berada dibawah naungan Dewa United Esports. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 195 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahh uji analisis korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara mental toughness dan competition anxiety pada atlet Dewa United Esports ********** ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between mental toughness and competition anxiety in Dewa United Esports esports athletes. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with a student population of esports athletes who are under the auspices of Dewa United Esports. The sample in this study amounted to 195 respondents who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The statistical analysis test used in this study is the correlational analysis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative relationship between mental toughness and competition anxiety in Dewa United Esports athletes Keywords Mental toughness, Competition anxiety, esports athletes
