Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu menanggulangi banjir di Kawasan PT. JIEP dengan strategi melalui gorong-gorong, danau buatan, drinase, dan reboisasi. Penelitian menggunakan Metode Campuran (mixed methods) adalah suatu metode penelitian antara metode kuantitatif dengan metode kualitatif untuk digunakan secara bersama-sama dalam suatu kegiatan penelitian, sehingga diperoleh data yang lebih komprehensif, valid, reliable dan objektif. Penelitian dengan wawacara dan koesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kawasan Industri Pulogadung yang terkena banjir di wilayah Kecamatan Cakung Kelurahan Jatinegara Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, penyebaran kuesioner (angket), dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi dokumen dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi Penanggulangan Banjir di Kawasan PT. JIEP Wilayah Kecamatan Cakung Kelurahan Jatinegara Jakarta Timur harus di lakukan dengan empat starategi yang pertama Gorong-gorong, kedua Danau buatan, ketiga Pembuatan Drinase dan ke empat Penanaman Pohon /(reboisasi) agar Kawasan industri tersebut terhindar dengan banjir. Kata Kunci : Strategi Penanggulangan, Banjir, Kawasan Industri Pulogadung.***************The purpose of this study aims to help overcome flooding in the area of PT. JIEP with a strategy through culverts, artificial lakes, drainage and reforestation. Research using mixed methods (mixed methods) is a research method between quantitative methods and qualitative methods to be used together in a research activity, in order to obtain data that is more comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective. Research with interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was the Pulogadung Industrial area which was affected by flooding in the Cakung District, Jatinegara Village, East Jakarta Administrative City. Primary data was obtained through field observations, distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), and documentation, while secondary data was obtained from document studies and literature studies. The results showed that the Flood Management Strategy in PT. JIEP for the Cakung Subdistrict, Jatinegara Village, East Jakarta must be carried out with four strategies, the first Culverts, second Artificial lakes, third Making Drainage and fourth Tree Planting / (reforestation) ) so that the industrial area is protected from flooding.
