Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kompetensi teknologi e-learning menggunakan Google Classroom dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan klasikal pada guru BK di SMAN Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 87 guru BK dari 40 sekolah. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Pemilihan teknik pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan dengan jumlah guru BK yang tidak sama di setiap kecamatan wilayah Kota Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pengetahuan Google Classroom guru BK SMAN Jakarta Timur sedang (66.54%), sementara sebagian besar keterampilan Google Classroom guru BK SMAN Jakarta Timur rendah (54.00%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, guru BK laki-laki lebih memahami terkait menyiapkan akun untuk menggunakan kelas Google Classroom, sementara guru BK perempuan lebih memahami terkait membuat daftar kehadiran. Berdasarkan usia, guru BK usia 20-30 tahun memiliki rata-rata lebih tinggi untuk pengetahuan terkait dengan menyiapkan akun dan mengakses Google Classroom, sementara guru BK usia 51-60 tahun lebih tinggi untuk keterampilan terkait dengan membuat daftar kehadiran. Berdasarkan wilayah kecamatan sekolah, tidak ada perbedaan skor rata-rata yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menampilkan terkait dengan penggunaan Google Classroom secara teknis, sedangkan untuk pemberian materi layanan bimbingan klasikal disampaikan secara umum. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi teknologi e-learning menggunakan Google Classroom dalam melaksanakan layanan bimbingan klasikal pada guru BK di SMAN Jakarta Timur terbilang cukup terkait pengetahuan dan kurang pada keterampilan. This study aims to determine the description of e-learning technology competence using Google Classroom in implementing classical guidance services for school counselors at East Jakarta State Senior High School. The research used quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were 87 school counselors from 40 schools. Sampling used a probability sampling method with a proportional-stratified random sampling technique. This sampling technique was selected to adjust for the unequal number of school counselors in each sub-district of East Jakarta City. The results showed that most of the knowledge of Google Classroom among school counselors at East Jakarta State Senior High School was moderate (66.54%), while most of the Google Classroom skills among school counselors at East Jakarta State Senior High School were low (54.00%). Based on gender, male school counselors understand more about setting up an account to use Google Classroom classes, while female school counselors understand more about making attendance lists. Based on age, school counselors aged 20-30 years had higher average knowledge related to setting up accounts and accessing Google Classroom, while school counselors aged 51-60 years had higher skills related to registering attendance. Based on the school district, there was no significant difference in mean scores. The results of the research show that it is related to the use of Google Classroom technically, while the provision of classical guidance service material is delivered in general. It can be concluded that the competence of e-learning technology using Google Classroom in implementing classical guidance services among school counselors at East Jakarta State Senior High School is moderate in terms of knowledge and lacking in terms of skills.
