Abstract

Ekstremnya perubahan lingkungan yang terjadi menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan literasi lingkungan seseorang terutama siswa sebagai generasi muda. Literasi lingkungan siswa perlu dikenalkan sejak dini kepada siswa melalu pendidikan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SOLE terhadap literasi lingkungan siswa SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi-eksperimental dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa kelas X SMAN 51 Jakarta dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk tes esai literasi lingkungan dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesetaraan literasi lingkungan siswa sebelum diterapkan model pembelajaran yang berbeda di kedua kelas, terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SOLE terhadap literasi lingkungan siswa, dan model pembelajaran SOLE efektif terhadap literasi lingkungan sedangkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning kurang efektif terhadap literasi lingkungan. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan pengaruh model pembelajaran SOLE terhadap literasi lingkungan yang dimiliki oleh siswa. The extremes of environmental changes that occur show the need to increase the environmental literacy of a person, especially students as a younger generation. Environmental literacy needs to be introduced early to students through education using the right learning model. This study aims to determine the influence of the SOLE learning model on the environmental literacy of high school students. The research method used is a quasi-experiments method with pre-test and post-test designs. The sample in this study was 60 class X students of SMAN 51 Jakarta with sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. Data was collected in the form of environmental literacy essay tests and student response questionnaires. The results showed that there was equality in student environmental literacy before different learning models were applied in both classes, there was an influence of the SOLE learning model on student environmental literacy, and the SOLE learning model was effective on environmental literacy while the Discovery Learning learning model was less effective on environmental literacy. In this study, it was found that the influence of the SOLE learning model on environmental literacy owned by students.
