Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengetahui strategi pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan berpikir kritis guru dalam peningkatan mutu layanan pembelajaran di SMA Yuppentek 1 Kota Tangerang. Dengan subfokus pada penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, implementasi, serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan strategi pengembangan keterampilan 4C guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi teori, teknik, sumber, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan menganalisis kebutuhan yang berbasis pada sumber daya sekolah, menetapkan standar kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru, memaksimalkan kompetensi atau keunggulan yang dimiliki, serta mendistribusikan sumber daya manusia; (2) Implementasi strategi dilakukan dengan menjalankan beberapa kegiatan yaitu IHT (In House Training), Komunitas Praktisi, MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran), workshop, dan studi banding; (3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan strategi yaitu status SMA Yuppentek 1 sebagai sekolah penggerak, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta memiliki guru-guru yang berpotensi meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambatnya ialah sulit merubah mindset pada guru-guru yang sudah senior berkaitan dengan kurangnya pemahaman tentang keterampilan 4C sehingga berdampak pada pola pembelajaran yang digunakan. This research aims to find out how to find strategies for developing communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking teacher skills in improving the quality of learning services at SMA Yuppentek 1 Kota Tangerang. The sub-focus of this research is planning, implementation, and supporting factors and inhibiting factors for implementing the teacher's 4C skills development strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data used the credibility of the data by triangulation of sources, techniques, sources, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study show that (1) planning is carried out by analyzing needs based on school resources, setting teacher qualification and competency standards, maximizing competence or excellence possessed, and distributing human resources; (2) Implementation of the strategy is carried out by carrying out several activities, namely IHT (In House Training), Community of Practitioners, MGMP (Subject Teacher Deliberation), workshops, and comparative studies; (3) Factors supporting the implementation of the strategy, namely the status of SMA Yuppentek 1 as sekolah penggerak, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and having teachers who have the potential to improve school quality. As for the inhibiting factor, it is difficult to change the mindset of senior teachers related to a lack of understanding of the 4C skills so that which has an impact on the learning patterns used.
