Abstract

MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GERAK DASAR BERBASIS PERMAINAN OLAHRAGA TRADISIONAL PADA ANAK USIA 10-12 TAHUN Abdul Hakim Siregar ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk dan menguji efektifitas model pembelajaran gerak dasar berbasis permainan olahraga tradisional pada anak usia 10-12 tahun. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) yang mengadopsi teori Borg & Gall dengan menggunakan 10 langkah tahapan pengembangan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan test. Teknik analisi data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tahapan Penelitian Pengembangan dimulai dari; (1) Research and Information colletion, (2) Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing (validasi ahli produk dilakukan dengan melibatkan expert judgment yaitu ahli materi pembelajaran gerak dasar, ahli permainan olahraga tradisional dan ahli media pembelajaran), (5) Main Product Revision, (6) Main Field Testing, (7) Operational Product Revision, (8) Operational Field Testing, (9) Final Product Revision, dan (10) Disemination and Implementasi. Produk yang dihasilkan buku model gerak dasar permainan olahraga tradisional Sumatera Utara pada anak usia 10-12 tahun. Kebaharuan penelitian ini dilihat kearifan lokal yang dipertahankan mulai penggunakan sarana alat tradisional serta nilai budaya yang terkandung dari setiap item model permainan olahraga tradisional Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran gerak dasar berbasis permainan olahraga tradisional dapat diterima secara efektif diberikan pada anak usia 10-12 tahun berdasarkan validasi ahli, uji lapangan (ujicoba kelompok kecil dan ujicoba kelompok besar) dan hasil belajar gerak dasar atas kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model permainan olahraga tradisional lebih efektif dari pada kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan model konvensional pada anak usia 10-12 tahun berdasarkan uji efektivitas. Kata Kunci: Gerak Dasar, Hasil Belajar, Permainan Olahraga Tradisional *********************************************************** BASIC MOTION LEARNING MODELS BASED ON TRADITIONAL SPORT GAMES IN CHILDREN 10-12 YEARS OLD Abdul Hakim Siregar ABSTRACT This study aims to produce products and test the effectiveness of basic motion learning models based on traditional sports games for children aged 10-12 years. This research and development method uses Research and Development (R&D) which adopts the Borg & Gall theory by using 10 stages of development. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, interviews and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Development Research Stages starting from; (1) Research and Information colletion, (2) Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing (validation of product experts is carried out by involving expert judgment, namely basic motion learning material experts, traditional sports game experts and experts. learning media), (5) Main Product Revision, (6) Main Field Testing, (7) Operational Product Revision, (8) Operational Field Testing, (9) Final Product Revision, and (10) Disemination and Implementation. The product produced is a book on basic motion models of traditional North Sumatra sports games for children aged 10-12 years. The novelty of this research is seen from the local wisdom that is maintained starting from using traditional tools and the cultural values contained in each item of the traditional sports game model of North Sumatra. The results of this study concluded that the basic motion learning model based on traditional sports games can be accepted effectively given to children aged 10-12 years based on expert validation, field tests (small group trials and large group trials) and basic motion learning outcomes of the experimental group using the model. Traditional sports games were more effective than the control group using the conventional model for children aged 10-12 years based on effectiveness tests.
