Abstract

Self-efficacay pengambilan keputusan karir penting untuk siswa dapat memilih karir yang tepat dan mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja. self-efficacy karir juga membuat keputusan karir yang lebih kuat dan memungkinkan perkembangan positif dari hasil yang diharapkan. Self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir yang rendah perlu di tingkatkan. Teknik buzz group dan teknik group exercises di gunakan untuk membantu mengingkatkan self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir siswa dengan bimbingan kelompok. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan kelompok teknik buzz group dan teknik group exercises untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir siswa MAN 1 Kota Serang. Metode Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan design eksperimen “Randomized Pretes-Postest Comparison Group Design”. Design ini merupakan perluasan dari single group pretest posstest design dalam dua hal, ditambah kelompok control. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa yang memiliki kategori self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir rendah yang di pilih dari 300 siswa. Purpossive di lakukan untuk menempatkan 10 siswa kedalam tiga kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kelompok teknik buzz group dan teknik group exercises efektif untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Hal tersebut berdasarkan pada pengaruh yang di tunjukan oleh setiap teknik dari hasil sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa kedua teknik tersebut efektif untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Saran yang di berikan bagi konselor sekolah untuk dapat melaksanakan kelompok teknik buzz group dan teknik group exercises untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Selain itu di harapkan juga penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan karakteristik dan temuan baru. ***** Self-efficacy in making career decisions is important for students to choose the right career and prepare themselves to enter the world of work. Career self-efficacy also makes career decisions stronger and enables the positive development of the expected results. Self-efficacy for low career decision making needs to be improved. The buzz group technique and exercises technique are used to help increase the self-efficacy of students' career decision making with group guidance. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the buzz group technique and exercises technique to increase self-efficacy in making career decisions for students of MAN 1 Kota Serang. The experimental design method used in this study was the "Randomized Pretest-Postest Comparison Group Design" experimental design. This design is an extension of the single group pretest posttest design in two respects, plus a control group. The subjects of this study were 30 students who had a low self-efficacy category of career decision making selected from 300 students. Purposive was done to place 10 students into three experimental groups. The results of this study indicate that the buzz group technique and group exercises technique are effective in increasing students' self-efficacy in making career decisions. This is based on the effect shown by each technique from the results before and after treatment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the two techniques are effective in increasing the self-efficacy of student career decision making. Suggestions are given to school counselors to be able to carry out group buzz group techniques and group exercises techniques to increase students' self-efficacy in making career decisions. In addition, it is hoped that this research can be developed with new characteristics and findings.
