Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital storytelling berbasis kearifan lokal untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita siswa kelas empat Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pandeglang. Penelitian ini mengembangkan bahan ajar yang dibuat dalam bentuk digital dengan memanfaatkan bantuan teknologi seperti google site, canva, VN video recording, flipbook dan youtobe. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan model Dick and Carey, dengan 10 tahapan penelitian yaitu: Mengidentifikasi Tujuan Pembelajaran, Melakukan Analisis Intruksional, Menganalisis Karakteristik Siswa serta Konteks Pembelajaran, Menganalisis Tujuan Pembelajaran Khusus, Mengembangkan Instrumen Penilaian, Mengembangkan Strategi Pembelajaran, Mengembangkan dan Memilih Bahan Ajar, Merancang dan Melaksanakan Evaluasi Formatif, Revisi Produk Pembelajaran, pada tahap Evaluasi Sumatif peneliti memiliki keterbatasan waktu dan dana karena pada tahap ini memerlukan waktu pelaksanaan selama 4 sampai 5 tahun sehingga tahap ini belum dapat peneliti lakukan. Namun pada tahap evaluasi sumatif peneliti melakukan diseminasi dengan peserta guru sekolah dasar dari berbagai wilayah yang dilakukan secara daring melalui zoom. Hasil penelitian bahan ajar yang inovatif dikembangkan mengikuti kebutuhan pengguna. Bahan ajar digital storytelling memuat modul ajar, substansi, media dan latihan yang disusun berbeda dengan yang biasa digunakan di sekolah, tentunya bahan ajar dikembangkan peneliti memperhatikan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa kelas empat sekolah dasar. Hasil dari uji validasi ahli terkait media, materi dan Bahasa pada bahan ajar diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa bahan ajar digital storytelling berbasis kearifan lokal layak digunakan dan diterapkan dengan perbaikan sesuai masukan dari ahli dan memperoleh nilai rerata sebesar 3,5 dengan kriteria baik. Berikutnya hasil uji efektivitas diperoleh prosentase rata-rata efektivitas (N-Gain) sebesar 7,6 poin dan berdasarkan rata-rata hasil penilaian aktivitas dan respon siswa 3,3 dalam kategori baik, kemudian hasil test peningkatan keterampilan menulis cerita menggunakan bahan ajar digital storytelling berbasis kearifan lokal diperoleh rata-rata nilai 3,2 yang bermakna diperoleh kategori baik pada aspek informasi fakta, mengekspresikan ide, urutan dan struktur bahasa, tanda baca dan ejaan, serta tata bahasa yang dinilai dalam keterampilan menulis cerita serta rata-rata 80% untuk yang sudah mampu mengembangkan cerita, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan sebesar 35,95%. Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita pada kelas empat setelah menggunakan bahan ajar digital storytelling berbasis kearifan lokal yang berarti bahan ajar digital storytelling berbasis kearifan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita siswa. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahan ajar digital storytelling berbasis kearifan lokal memiliki nilai inovatif, layak dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks cerita. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi dan masukan bagi para pendidik khususnya guru sekolah dasar dalam berinovasi mengembangkan bahan ajar untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa sekolah dasar, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. ***** This research is to develop teaching materials digital storytelling based on local wisdom to improve story writing skills for fourth grade elementary school students in Pandeglang District. This research develops teaching materials that are made in digital form by utilizing technological assistance such as google site, canva, VN video recording, flipbook and youtube. The research method used is the Dick and Carey model, with 10 research stages, namely: Identifying Learning Objectives, Conducting Instructional Analysis, Analyzing Student Characteristics and Learning Context, Analyzing Specific Learning Objectives, Developing Assessment Instruments, Developing Learning Strategies, Developing and Selecting Teaching Materials, Designing and Implementing Formative Evaluation, Revision of Learning Products, at the Summative Evaluation stage the researcher has limited time and funds because at this stage it takes 4 to 5 years to implement so that this stage cannot be carried out by researchers. However, in the summative evaluation stage, the researcher conducted dissemination with elementary school teacher participants from various regions online via zoom. The results of research on innovative teaching materials are developed following the needs of users. Teaching materials digital storytelling contains teaching modules, substance, media, and exercises which are arranged differently from those normally used in schools, of course the teaching materials are developed by researchers considering the needs and characteristics of fourth grade elementary school students. The results of the expert validation test related to media, material, and language in teaching materials, it is concluded that teaching materialsdigital storytelling based on local wisdom is feasible to use and apply with improvements according to input from experts and obtains an average value of 3.5 with good criteria. Next, the results of the effectiveness test obtained an average percentage of effectiveness (N-Gain) of 7.6 points and based on the average results of activity assessment and student responses of 3.3 in the good category, then the test results improved story writing skills using teaching materials digital storytelling based on local wisdom obtained an average value of 3.2 which is meaningful obtained in both categories of facts information aspects, expressing ideas, order and structure of language, punctuation and spelling, and grammar which is assessed in story writing skills and an average of 80% for who have been able to develop stories, showed an increase of 35.95%. There is an increase in the learning outcomes of story writing skills in fourth grade after using teaching materials digital storytelling based on local wisdom which means teaching materials digital storytelling based on local wisdom is effective in improving students' story writing skills. The conclusion of the research results of teaching materials digital storytelling based on local wisdom has innovative value, is feasible and effective to be applied in the teaching and learning process and can improve the skills of writing story texts. This research can also be a reference and input for educators, especially elementary school teachers, in innovating in developing teaching materials to create an active and fun learning process for elementary school students, so that learning objectives can be achieved.
