Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberikan gambaran, peranan dan analisis pemberdayaan karyawan berketerampilan tinggi pada PT BNI & PT Nexus Engineering, dan mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor pemberdayaan yang memengaruhi kewirausahaan karyawan. Empowerment yang dilakukan oleh PT BNI dan PT Nexus Engineering, dari aspek kebermaknaan / meaningfulness, dianggap tidak berkaitan dengan pekerjaannya. Sedangkan dari aspek pilihan / choice, karyawan PT BNI merasa tidak ada diskusi terkait pemberdayaan yang akan diberikan perusahaan. Sedangkan karyawan PT Nexus merasa terkadang ada pilihan yang diberikan. Sedangkan dari aspek kompetensi / competence, karyawan PT BNI menilai bahwa kadang diberikan pelatihan yang tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaannya. Berbeda dengan PT Nexus yang merasa bahwa pemberdayaan yang diberikan perusahaan sesuai dengan kompetensinya. Karyawan pada PT BNI merasakan adanya tugas-tugas tambahan diluar kewajibannya dan merasa hal tersebut merupakan pemberdayaan. Sedangkan karyawan PT Nexus merasa adanya pemberdayaan khususnya terkait sertifikasi yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Namum pemberdayaan yang diberikan secara insight tidak diketahui oleh para karyawan baik PT BNI dan PT Nexus Engineering. Dari segi dampak / impact, empowerment dirasakan oleh karyawan PT BNI dan karyawan PT Nexus Engineering. Sedangkan faktor pemberdayaan yang memengaruhi karyawan PT BNI yaitu Risiko, Komitmen dan loyalitas, Kreativitas dan Inovasi, Rasa pemberdayaan, Lokus kontrol internal, Dana, Delegasi, dan Pola Pikir. Kata Kunci : Empowering, Kewirausahaan, PT BNI, PT Nexus Engineering Abstract The purpose of this study is to provide an overview, role and analysis of empowering high-skilled employees at PT BNI & PT Nexus Engineering, and to find out how empowerment factors influence employee entrepreneurship. The empowerment carried out by PT BNI and PT Nexus Engineering, from the meaningfulness aspect, is considered not related to their work. Meanwhile, from the aspect of choice, PT BNI employees felt that there was no discussion regarding the empowerment that the company would provide. While PT Nexus employees feel that sometimes there are choices given. Meanwhile, from the competency aspect, PT BNI employees consider that they are sometimes given training that is not in accordance with their work. In contrast to PT Nexus, which feels that the empowerment provided by the company is in accordance with their competence. Employees at PT BNI feel that there are additional tasks beyond their obligations and feel that this is empowerment. Meanwhile, PT Nexus employees feel empowered, especially regarding the certification provided by the company. However, the empowerment provided by insight was unknown to the employees of both PT BNI and PT Nexus Engineering. In terms of impact, empowerment is felt by employees of PT BNI and employees of PT Nexus Engineering. While the empowerment factors that affect PT BNI employees are Risk, Commitment and Loyalty, Creativity and Innovation, Sense of Empowerment, Locus of Internal Control, Funds, Delegation, and Mindset.
