Abstract

ABSTRACT KHAERUNNISA. Evaluasi Program Mata Pelajaran Seni Budaya di SMP “X” Kota Jakarta. Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Tata Rias, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Januari 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program mata pelajaran Seni Budaya untuk memberikan informasi sejauh mana ketercapaian dari mata pelajaran Seni Budaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan model CIPP yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam dan kawan-kawan yaitu Context(konteks), Input (masukan), Process (proses), Product (hasil) menggunakan teknik survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama “X” Kota Jakarta pada bulan Januari-Maret 2019. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran Seni Budaya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama “X” Kota Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini pada konteks guru dan siswa cukup sesuai dilihat dari latar belakang dan tujuan program sudah terlaksana dengan baik, kebutuhan yang sudah terpenuhi dan lingkungan akademis yang kondusif dan nyaman; pada evaluasiinput guruberkategori baik dengan sarana prasarana guru memperoleh persentase 44,6% dan kompetensi guru memperoleh persentase 39%; padainput siswa sarana prasarana siswa dengan persentase 36,7% berkategorisangat baik dan psikologis siswa memperoleh persentase 43,3% berkategori baik; pada process pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru memperoleh persentase 39% berkategori baik; pada proces spelaksanaan pembelajaran siswa memperoleh persentase 53,3% berkategori sangat baik; pada evaluasiproduct telah tercapai dengan baik memperoleh persentase 40,0%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Seni Budaya di Sekolah Menengah Pertama “X” Kota Jakarta sudah berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien sesuairencana pembelajaran mata pelajaran seni budaya. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penyelenggaraan program mata pelajaran Seni Budayatelah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan dapat dilanjutkan. Apabila ada aspek yang belum tercapai maka harus ada pengkajian ulang terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran tersebut mulai dari evaluasi konteks (context), evaluasi masukan (input), evaluasi proses (process) dan evaluasi hasil (product). This study aims to evaluate the Cultural Arts subject program to provide information on the extent of achievement of the Curltural Arts subjects. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach with the CIPPmodel developed by Stufflebeam and friends namely Context (context), Input (input), Process (Process), Product (result) using survey techniques. This research was conducted at the “X” Junior High School in Jakarta in January-March 2019. The results of this study are expected to provide information about the implementation of cultural arts learning in the “X” Junior High School in Jakarta. The results of this study in the context of the teacher and students are quite appropriate as seen from the background and objectives of the program which have been implemented well, needs have been met and the academic environment is conducive and comfortable; in the evaluation of good teacher input with infrastructure facilities the teacher obtained a percentage of 44,6% and tacher competency obtained a percentage 39%, the evaluation of student input infrastructure facilities with a percentage of 36,7% categorized as very good and psychological students with a percentage of 43,3% categorized as good; in the process of implementing learning the teacher gets a percentage of 39% categorized as good, in the process of implementing learning students get a percentage 53,3% categorized very good; the evaluation product has been achieved with a good percentage of 40,0%. Based on this research in can be concluded that the learning of Cultural Arts in the “X” Junior High School in Jakarta has been running effectively and efficiently according to the learning plan culture and arts subjects. Then it can be said that the impplementation of the cultural arts course has been successfully implemented and to be continued. If there are aspects that have not yet been achieved, there must be a review of the factors that influence learning starting from context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation.
