Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam pembentukan karakter berkebinekaan global di SMAN 1 Cisaat Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan Mei 2023. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan pada 11 (sebelas) orang informan (siswa, guru, dan fasilitator), dan 1 (satu) orang key informan yaitu Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum SMAN 1 Cisaat. Serta melakukan konfirmasi kepada ahli yaitu Koordinator Perhimpunan Pendidikan dan Guru PPKN. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 dimulai dari desain, pengelolaan kegiatan, pendokumentasian dan pelaporan P5, serta evaluasi kegiatan di SMAN 1 Cisaat untuk menjadikan projek P5 menjadi lebih baik. Projek yang dihasilkan tidak hanya berupa produk melainkan karya pertunjukan yang dapat dijadikan pembiasaan siswa. P5 Karakter yang terbentuk adanya projek ini siswa dapat mengeksplor budaya Sunda, memiliki sikap tanggung jawab, berinteraksi dan komunikasi dan mengantisipasi adanya bullying terhadap teman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi P5 dalam pembentukan karakter berkebinekaan global di SMAN 1 Cisaat dapat dilakukan melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di dalam kelas, pembiasaan dan projek, serta produk atau karya bukan output dari implementasi P5 dalam membentuk karakter melainkan proses siswa dalam projek. Sehingga Profil Pelajar Pancasila dapat dioptimalkan di sekolah melalui evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Implementasi, Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, Karakter Siswa ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the establishment of global diversity characters at Cisaat 1 Senior High School, Sukabumi Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods started from February to May 2023. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Interviews were conducted to 11 (eleven) informants (students, teachers and facilitators), and 1 (one) key informant, namely Deputy Head of Curriculum Cisaat 1 Senior High School, and also confirming with the experts, namely the Coordinator of the Education Association and Civic Teachers. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings shows that the implementation of P5 starts from the design, management of activities, documentation and reporting of P5, as well as evaluation of activities at Cisaat 1 Senior High School to make the P5 project even better. The result of the project is not only a product but also a performance work that can be used as a habit for students. P5 Characters formed by this project, students can explore Sundanese culture, have an attitude of responsibility, interact and communicate and anticipate bullying against friends. This study concludes that the implementation of P5 in the formation of global diverse characters at Cisaat 1 Senior High School can be done through differentiation learning in the classroom, habituation and projects, as well as products or works that are not the output of the implementation of P5 in forming character but rather students' processes in the project. Last but not least, the Pancasila Student Profile can be optimized in schools through evaluation and follow-up.
