Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership of school principals, school organizational learning, and teacher self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of elementary school teachers in Depok city. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out using the survey method by filling in the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 166 teachers who were obtained using cluster sampling techniques, simple random sampling and proportional sampling. Data processing uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS software. The results of the study state that: 1) Transformational leadership has a direct effect on innovative behavior. 2) Organizational learning has a direct effect on innovative behavior. 3) Self-efficacy has a direct effect on innovative behavior. 4) Transformational leadership has a direct effect on organizational learning. 5) Transformational leadership has a direct effect on self-efficacy. 6) Organizational learning has a direct effect on self-efficacy. 7) Transformational leadership has an indirect effect on innovative behavior through organizational learning. 8) Transformational leadership has an indirect effect on innovative behavior through self-efficacy. 9) Organizational learning has a direct effect on innovative behavior through self-efficacy. 10) Transformational leadership has an indirect effect on self-efficacy through organizational learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that innovative behavior can be developed through increasing transformational leadership, organizational learning, and self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, pembelajaran organisasi sekolah, dan efikasi diri guru terhadap perilaku inovatif guru sekolah dasar di kota Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan pengisian instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 166 guru yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling, simple random sampling dan proportional sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif. 2) Pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif. 3) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif. 4) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung terhadap pembelajaran organisasi. 5) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung terhadap efikasi diri. 6) Pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap efikasi diri. 7) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui pembelajaran organisasi. 8) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui efikasi diri. 9) Pembelajaran organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku inovatif melalui efikasi diri. 10) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap efikasi diri melalui pembelajaran organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku inovatif dapat dikembangkan melalui peningkatan kepemimpinan transformasional, pembelajaran organisasi, dan efikasi diri.
