Abstract

ABSTRAK Afrizki Sekar Khairunnisa, Implementasi Pemebelajaran Jarak Jauh di Sekolah Dasar Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Wilayah Perbatasan (Studi Kasus: SDN 09 Sanggau). Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2022. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bentuk implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh selama pandemi covid-19, terkhusus di daerah perbatasan Indonesia, yaitu di SDN 09 Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat sebagai pembahasan pertama. Kedua, penelitian mendeskripsikan keunggulan serta hambatan yang dirasakan selama PJJ. Ketiga, mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan PJJ tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara dengan sejumlah narasumber, observasi singkat, dan kajian literatur. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 2 orang Guru dan 10 peserta didik di SDN 09 Sanggau, 1 orangtua peserta didik, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sanggau dan Pengelola Program Belajar di Radio. Waktu penelitian dilakukan sejak November 2021 - Agustus 2022. Keunggulan yang dirasakan adalah peserta didik, guru, dan orangtua, belajar mengenai teknologi dan cara mengoperasikan aplikasi; orangtua bisa lebih mengamati anaknya belajar, efisiensi waktu dan tempat, serta peningkatan kreativitas. Kelemahannya adalah waktu yang terbatas sehingga materi tidak sepenihnya tersampaikan; dan sulit dalam penilaian karakter peserta didik. Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh juga tidak berjalan efektif karena faktor-faktor seperti; faktor infrastruktur, adanya blank spot di wilayah-wilayah di beerbagai kecamatan di Sanggau; faktor ekonomi; serta faktor ketidaksiapan guru dan sekolah. Segala kekurangan tersebut berdampak pada pemahaman, fokus, dan hasil belajar yang didapat peserta didik, keterampilan guru dalam mengajar, dan mutu literasi numerasi sekolah yang menurun. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh di SDN 09 Sanggau diimplementasikan sesuai dengan tahapan pengimplementasian dengan segala keterbatasannya, namun belum bisa dikatakan efektif secara sepenuhnya, karena masih banyak hambatan yang perlu diperbaiki. Diharapkan sistem ini bisa tetap berlangsung untuk kedepannya. Skripsi. Jakarta: Sociology Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2022. This study describes Distance Learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in border area of Indonesia, at SDN 09 Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan as the first discussion. Second, the research describes the advantages and obstacles experienced during Distance Learning. Third, the purposes is to know the effectiveness of the Distance Learning itself. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and case study method. Data were obtained by interviewing a number of sources, brief observations, and literature review. The subjects of this study were 2 teachers and 10 students at SDN 09 Sanggau, 1 student's parents, the Head of the Sanggau District Education and Culture Office and the Manager of the Learning Program on Radio. The time of the research was from November 2021 - August 2022. The perceived advantages are that students, teachers and parents learn how to operate technology; observe their children's improvemnet, efficiency, and to increase creativity. The weakness is the time limitation so that the material is not fully conveyed; and the difficulty in assessing the character of students. Distance Learning is also not running effectively due to factors such as; infrastructure factor with blank spots in various sub-districts in Sanggau; economic factors; as well as factors of teachers and school unpreparedness. All of these deficiencies have an impact on students' understanding, focus, and learning outcomes, teacher skills in teaching, and the decrease of quality of school’s numeracy & literacy. In this study can be concluded that the distance learning at SDN 09 Sanggau is implemented in accordance with the steps of learning implementation with all the limitations, but it cannot be said to be fully effective, because there are still many obstacles that need to be fixed.
