Abstract

Nabilah Khonsa, Kesiapan Guru Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (Studi Kasus SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta). Skripsi. Jakarta Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Kesiapan Guru Dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Subjek guru SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta. Dengan sampel 29 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling serta data diambil melalui, Kuesioner, Dokumentasi, Observasi, Wawancara, dan Studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang bersumber dari kuisioner serta wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis dan diukur. Pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan analisis data distribusi frekuensi relative. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesiapan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta sudah siap dan sudah berlangsung dengan sangat baik. This study aims to determine and describe the Readiness of Teachers in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Teacher subject at SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta. With a sample of 29 teachers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and the data was collected through questionnaires, documentation, observations, interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used in this study was a quantitative approach with data sourced from questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed and measured. In this study will use data analysis of relative frequency distribution. The results of the study show that the teacher's readiness in implementing the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta is ready and has been going very well.
