Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Labschool Jakarta, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Adaptive Leader Guru SMA Penggerak dalam meningkatkan Innovative Work Behavior di SMAS Labschool Jakarta. Dengan sub fokus peran adaptive leader ditinjau dari aspek kecerdasan emosi, keadilan organisasional, karakter, pengembangan organisasi pada Guru SMA Penggerak di SMAS Labschool Jakarta serta perilaku kerja inovatif ditinjau dari aspek perilaku yang berorientasi pada kreativitas dan pengimplementasian gagasan Guru SMA Penggerak di SMAS Labschool Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Guru SMAS Labschool Jakarta selalu mengembangkan perilaku kecerdasan emosi, keadilan organisasional, karakter, pengembangan organisasi dalam pemberian bimbingan kepada peserta didik dalam penyelesaian Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, (2) Untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan pengimplementasian gagasan diawali dengan sosialisasi kepada peserta didik di awal pelaksanaan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada bulan pertama. Serta diakhiri dengan pembuatan laporan, presentasi, dan pameran pada bulan ke tiga, (3) Guru adalah seorang leader yang adaptif dalam pembelajaran. Guru di Sekolah Penggerak diutamakan menjadi kepala sekolah. Guru di SMAS Labschool Jakarta diberikan pelatihan untuk menjadi adaptive leader. Guru membuat peserta didik menjadi banyak bertanya, mencoba hal-hal baru, dan berkarya. ***** This research was conducted at SMA Labschool Jakarta, which aims to analyze the role of Adaptive Leader of Guru SMA Penggerak in improving Innovative Work Behavior at SMAS Labschool Jakarta. With a sub-focus on the role of adaptive leaders in terms of emotional intelligence, organizational justice, character, organizational development of Guru SMA Penggerak at SMAS Labschool Jakarta and innovative work behavior in terms of creativity-oriented behavior and implementation of SMA Penggerak Teachers' ideas at SMAS Labschool Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results showed that, (1) SMAS Labschool Jakarta teachers always develop emotional intelligence behavior, organizational justice, character, organizational development in providing guidance to students in completing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, (2) To develop creativity and implementation of ideas begins with socialization to students at the beginning of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the first month. And ended with making reports, presentations, and exhibitions in the third month, (3) The teacher is an adaptive leader in learning. Teachers in Sekolah Penggerak are prioritised to become principals. Teachers at SMAS Labschool Jakarta are given training to become adaptive leaders. Teachers make learners ask a lot of questions, try new things, and create.
