Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan minat belajar peserta didik dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran antara Google Sites dengan Power Point materi keragaman budaya indonesia kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasy Eksperiment. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas XI IPS D sebagai kelas eksperimen yang memanfaatkan Google Sites dan kelas XI IPS A sebagai kelas kontrol yang memanfaatkan Power Point. Data diperoleh dari angket pre-test dan post-test minat belajar peserta didik memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, lembar observasi, serta nilai pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni uji instrumen, uji prasyarat dan uji analisis data. Instrumen penelitian dinyatakan valid dan realibel, serta data dinyatakan normal dan homogen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada post-test angket minat kelas eksperimen sebesar 77% berkategori “Sangat Baik” meningkat 7% dari sebelumnya 70%. Lalu hasil observasi minat belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen memperoleh 86% lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 68%. Hal ini memberikan pengaruh pada kelas eksperimen seperti peserta didik menjadi lebih senang, bersemangat, antusias, aktif tanya jawab selama pembelajaran berlangsung dan kelas kontrol sebesar 69,4% berkategori “Sangat Baik”. Minat belajar peserta didik juga meningkat ditandai naiknya nilai post-test kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata lebih tinggi sebesar 82 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 70. Analisis data minat belajar peserta didik menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai (Sig.) sebesar (0,005 < 0,05) serta analisis data hasil belajar peserta didik diperoleh nilai (Sig.) sebesar (0,000 < 0,05). Maka H₀ ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPS yaitu minat belajar peserta didik lebih tinggi di kelas ekseperimen yang memanfaatkan Google Sites pada materi Keragaman Budaya Indonesia di SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta. This research aims to determine the difference in students' learning interest in the use of learning media between Google Sites and Power Point material on Indonesian cultural diversity in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta. The method used is Quasy Experiment. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. The sample used is class XI IPS D as an experimental class that uses Google Sites and class XI IPS A as a control class that uses Power Point. Data were obtained from pre-test and post-test questionnaires of students' interest in learning using learning media, observation sheets, and pre-test and post-test scores. The analysis techniques used were instrument test, prerequisite test and data analysis test. The research instrument was declared valid and reliable, and the data was declared normal and homogeneous. Based on the results of the research on the experimental class interest questionnaire post-test of 77% categorised as "Very Good" increased 7% from the previous 70%. Then the results of the observation of the learning interest of experimental class students obtained 86% higher than the control class of 68%. This has an effect on the experimental class such as students becoming more happy, excited, enthusiastic, actively asking questions during learning and the control class is 69.4% in the "Very Good" category. The learning interest of students also increased marked by the increase in the post-test score of the experimental class obtained a higher average of 82 and the control class of 70. Analysis of data on student interest in learning using the Independent Sample T-Test test obtained a value (Sig.) of (0.005 <0.05) and data analysis of student learning outcomes obtained a value (Sig.) of (0.000 <0.05). Then H₀ is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that there is a significant difference in increasing the interest in learning of students in class XI IPS, namely higher student interest in learning in the experimental class that uses Google Sites on the material of Indonesian Cultural Diversity at SMA Negeri 58 Jakarta.
